Great couples option
This property is newer on Sandy beach, closest to wrecked. As a frequent RP visitor we were very happy with this place. Great bar/ restaurant on property. Beach has cabanas and is more private than most of the resorts. The unit itself is absolutely perfect for 2 couples. It has 2 master bedrooms both equally awesome. Both have private balcony ocean views, king beds, TVs in room, very nice.
The kitchen and living room are beautiful, well equipped, iron, blenders, whatever you could possibly need. The staff are so nice, welcoming. Check in was easy, friendly. We will all be staying here from now on. We loved it.

Beautiful location but limited amenities
We loved our stay at this unit however it is unfinished. There are 2 mini fridges missing, one in second bedroom & the other one on the patio is missing. There are literally NO EXTRAS! No hangers in closets, no spices or any kind of extras or things to use in the kitchen like salt & pepper, etc. I feel like this unit is pretty but not 100% ready to be rented out. For the price, I expected a few more things like paper towels or laundry detergent. Would like to stay again but wouldn’t pay as much as we did since missing many items. Also, our room was ready before the 4 pm check in time but they still made us pay $20 an hour for early check in. The room was just sitting there ready & empty but they still charged us. Pool is NOT HEATED & very minimal umbrellas or places for shade. Again the property itself was pretty but feel they need to finish this unit before renting out again.

Excellent unit, great beach, good pool, good food
This unit is SO spacious & truly beautiful…nice appliances, jacuzzi tub, both beds were supportive & we slept great! The balconies are HUGE though it was too hot to enjoy this time. We didn’t realize the property was still under construction so the view wasn’t as serene as we thought it might be - pretty to the left, a bit of a mess to the right (for now!). Great air conditioning, friendly staff, nice little convenience store downstairs & Diego’s Tiki Bar was an easy place to get some good food. Check-in was kind of a pain, took about 20min. & not sure why, but the person who brought our baggage up was super nice & helpful. We ordered room service for breakfast & while it took much longer than they said, the food was quite good (chilaquiles & pancakes). The pool is nice & they have a large children’s pool attached, but no shade & the umbrellas don’t tilt for shade. Luckily the beach is steps away & the water is great!! We rented shade structures for the day & everyone had a great time. Not too many vendors either which was nice. Overall a great weekend spot especially for families. We went w/ 3 separate families in different units & all had a blast.
