This unique place has a style all its own. Steps from all the restaurants and shops, walking distance to the Track, this new listing promises to be the ideal Saratoga getaway. Every bedroom has its own recently updated bathroom. The pool and outdoor space is simply the best in the City. Plenty of parking in our oversized driveway. New Kitchen with Viking Range and SubZero fridge and all new appliances. 80 foot wrap around porch to relax and unwind after a day at the track!

Amazing house, great location

Beautiful house, well appointed and in a great location! Beds were very comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the pool. Very walkable to all the shops and restaurants.

Beautiful, clean and amazingly appointed home. We loved the salt water pool and firepit, along with the many gathering spaces inside the house. The 5 bedrooms each with it's own bathroom made for a very comfortable stay for all 10 of us. I highly recommend to anyone who is going to Saratoga Springs to stay at this amazing place, even if you don't have 10 people.

The home was beautiful and well appointed. Our family enjoyed the pool but were disappointed we could not enjoy the fire pit because the furniture was moldy and ant ridden.

Simply magical

We had an amazing time in this beautiful home. It’s spacious and comfortable (omg the beds). The host has thought about everything, making it a very wonderful experience. The backyard space is perfection, making hanging by the pool exquisite. So close to the main drag on Broadway, making it impossible to be bored staying here! Thank you for the best experience!!

Family Wedding

Our Daughter had her wedding at the Hall of Springs and we were looking for a house as home base while we were there. This property was magnificent. Close enough to make everything downtown walkable
.yet far enough out of the fray where you were never impacted by bar/restaurant noise. Highly recommended!

Perfect every time

Fantastic property

I could right a book
. Great location, wonderful furnishings, everything we needed and the atmosphere was a perfect Saratoga match. We walked to the racetrack and downtown. This place was authentic and elegant. Better Than Expected; Immaculate and Perfect for Our Family

Pictures cannot accurately convey the beauty of this historic but beautifully modernized property. Our host, James, kindly met us to show us everything we needed to use the systems onsite. We went on to have an incredible five day reunion with family members from 21 to 85 for our daughter’s graduation. The home is exceptionally well appointed; the linens are luxurious; and there is enough space for everyone to have some quiet time on their own, but gather together for family time, too. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house
 very close to downtown
 everything we needed was provided for us
except a chef so I did all the cooking, surprise!! Not!! We had a wonderful time out side by the fire pit every nite

Fantastic House, Great Location and Lots of Space for Family gathering

This house was perfect to host our family for my son's wedding weekend. We enjoyed the full kitchen, high quality amenities to cook, share meals and family games together. Perfect location - within walking distance of downtown. The owner was very nice and accommodating.

Beautiful, comfortable home

We had a great getaway in Saratoga at this home, which is situated close to all the shops and restaurants but in a quiet location. Plenty of room for everybody, plus a pool and lovely backyard. Kitchen was tops.

Absolutely gorgeous

This home is filled with so much love and care! The hosts even stocked the fridge with beer, wine, milk, eggs - they went above and beyond! The house had so much space for our group of 6, plus a baby. It had everything we could have possibly needed. The location is a quick block or two walk from the main town. The backyard is probably stunning in the summer with the pool and lights - we'll just have to come back again to check it out ;) Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Excellent house and location

We really enjoyed our stay here over the New Year holiday. The house was a great blend of modern convenience with 19th century charm. The chef’s kitchen was bright and well-appointed with high quality appliances and cookware. In addition to the well-stocked kitchen, we enjoyed the high-end music system and the cozy family room with a gas fireplace and large smart TV. While the immediate neighborhood is very quiet, it is only a couple blocks from the hustle and bustle of downtown with its dozens of great restaurants, shops and bars. James was a great host, promptly answering our questions and facilitating an easy check-in and check-out. We are already looking forward to staying at this property again the next time we visit Saratoga Springs.
