Excellent villa in a quiet location

Fantastic facilities and very comfortable stay. Lots of things to do in easy reach of the villa, and the communication with the owners was first class and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Just come back from 2 weeks at this fantastic villa.The villa was spacious , spotlessly clean & had everything you would require for a memorable holiday.The beautiful large pool was used daily especially by my grandson , the villa has great views over the hills & the sea . The gardens are perfectly manicured. I would totally recommend the villa for anyone wanting a relaxing holiday. We loved it

Fantastic 2 week stay at the Villa, huge pool, beautiful garden with different seating areas.Villa is beautiful, with fantastic views, very peaceful location. It was a home from home, we wanted for nothing, cold fridge, water cooler, great barbecue area, kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need, especially appreciated the collection of wine and prosecco glasses. We had a great welcome pack on arrival which was much appreciated.Brilliant communication with the host from start to finish.Couple of minutes drive from Coral Bay strip or Peyia Village. Can’t wait to go back, highly recommend.

Fabulous villa

Outstanding villa, exactly as described and with a fabulous garden and pool. Villa was very well equipped with loads of space and would highly recommend staying. Despite the weather being slightly less than perfect, we had a great week. Thank you very much.

What a wonderful and perfect property, you need nothing here everything is catered for ,the garden idyllic and the pool refreshing ,we even had a bbq , thank you for hospitality and use of your wonderful villa ,memories were truly made .Looking for ward to rebooking in the future .

AMAZING

This is the nicest villa we have stayed in during 20 years+ of staying in and around Peyia. Super comfortable, beautiful gardens, spacious in and outside, so many lovely things to recommend this villa. Hosts are brilliant, going the extra mile doesn’t even describe their kind and friendly approach. 5 starts PLUS

Great Holiday in Cyprus

Just spent 3 weeks in this delightful residence. The pool is great, large and inviting. The garden is great with sea views and a quiet area to relax and contemplate. Samantha was very helpful with quick responses to communications. Overall if you are looking to stay in the west of Cyprus you will have to go a long way to beat this for charm, quietness and only a short drive from the "Strip" in Coral Bay where all the restaurants and shops are.

Wonderful place, wonderful holidays

We visited villa karapete in may 2023. The villa lies a little bit above peyia. The view was beautyful. We had a car so we could drive to the beach (about 5-10minutes). The villa was perfectly equipped. We found all we needed. The garden was a quiet place to rest. The pool was ideal for a quick refreshment and very huge! We will come back!

Lovely holiday

We had a really good holiday here. Arrival was tricky due to issues with the instructions for the aircon units. We also had difficulty contacting Andrea to sort this out. However the holiday was lovely and the villa was great. Excellent peaceful location but easy reach to the beaches and restaurants. Lovely pool and lovely view. The garden is particularly attractive. Overall there is a lovely feeling of space at the villla. Some outdoor lights and shower tap need replacing but nothing really that interrupted our holiday

Really happy with everything. Got answers to questions right away. The area is perfect with a short drive to everything. Everything was clean and tidy and host had left nice food and drink in the fridge for us. Thank you.
