Little Bear Vacation Home ~ 3 blocks from the Village

This Vacation Home is managed by Big Bear Village Cabins, which is a nearby off-site location, and we take pride in making your stay here feel like your second home! We are pet friendly that includes a dog station and have playgrounds for kids, during snow time we have an outdoor field that the kids can play and sled on for free. (on the main property)
This home is in a quiet neighborhood that is a short walk away from the Village and Lake.
This family-friendly home sleeps up to 4 people and has a 4 person spa on the back deck with plenty of patio furniture to lounge on. There is a full kitchen, full living room with a flat screen TV w/ cable and a DVD player, and the downstairs bedroom has a full size bed with doors to the bathroom and to the back deck. This room is the only way to access the bathroom. Upstairs has a Queen bed on one side of the large loft-style room, and twin and full sized beds on the other side with another TV w/ cable and DVD player. There is a heater downstairs and an AC unit upstairs and fans throughout the home.

Perfect Rustic Cabin with a Deck, BBQ & Jacuzzi
A good mix of modern and mountainous amenities. Just a couple short blocks away from the Village. We never had to hassle with parking just a few short minutes and we were walking the main drag. The cabin was sprinkled with a touch of home throughout. Everything you need for a cozy weekend in the snow. We’ll be back next year!

Great location and house
Had a great time here. Pretty close to main street. Nice quiet neighborhood. The fireplace was an added bonus although the bottom bedroom of the house gets pretty cold (there is a space heater we didn’t opt to use). 1 bathroom through the downstairs bedroom which wasn't an issue for my partner and I but may be odd if you stay with a bunch of friends. Checkin was pretty easy with the main office although we needed to call to get let in since the staff was running around getting other thing organized but painless overall

Odd set-up with bathroom (everyone must go through main bedroom to use bathroom), odd to have the only queen bed upstairs (could definitely rearrange to correct), and no lighting in the living room, but everything else was fine. Extremely well equipped kitchen. Bring an Instant Pot if needed - everything else was there. Wonderful jacuzzi and lovely tree view from upper floor.
