Enjoy the best of the Cape from this light and airy 3BR/2BA condo with views of Sea Street Beach - 200 yard from condo! Inside, you’ll appreciate tasteful decor throughout, a newly updated kitchen, and the coastal-themed decor. Perfect for entertaining, this open floor concept offers a spacious sunlit living area with peak views of the beach, an ideal spot to relax and stream your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. The living space is furnished with a comfortable sectional. The chef in your group will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of modern appliances. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the bar table set for four off the kitchen or outdoor table fit for six guests. Pool location at The Breakwaters North on 432 Sea Street apx 100 yards from the condo (Opens around Memorial Day through Labor Day). This spacious 1st floor one-story condo unit sleeps up to eight guests three bedrooms all with window a/c units, two full bathrooms. Find quiet privacy in the en~suite, furnished with a plush king bed and en~suite bathroom. A second bedroom is outfitted with a comfortable king bed, while a third bedroom features a two pyramid beds (twin/full bunks). A second bathroom is configured with tub/shower combination. Dine alfresco on the front deck/porch, outfitted with outdoor seating for six. Host a family cookout on the gas grill or gather around or watch the sunsets. There’s plenty of room for both relaxation and recreation. EXTRA PERKS are complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning window units in bedrooms, and parking for three cars. Your retreat boasts direct beach access on Nantucket Sound (Sea Street Beach) to cool off. Centrally located, you'll have great short access to ferries, restaurants, museums, and local shops. Main Street Hyannis is just a short drive from this home where you can enjoy galleries, eateries, and much more.

Lovely beachside retreat

We had a great weekend stay. Very comfortable, lots of room, very clean. Walk right out of your front door to the beach. Nice front porch with views of the sound. Peaceful, quiet area. Everything you need!

Likely stay again but...

We never received the actual address but found the location by the directions that were given on the site and the look of the place when we arrived matching from the website. Having to basically clean the entire house front to back as well as all dishes needed to be clean and put away including anything that was in the dishwasher was not something we were a fan of. That meant we really couldn't feed the eight people in the house breakfast because we still had to do all the other removing of sheets and bedspreads and towels and sweep the floor as well as do all those dishes and put everything away. I think it was a little bit obnoxious to have those expectations especially when you're paying for the time to be there and several hours was spent cleaning.front to back befo What was a little annoying

Perfect vacation!

What a fabulous location and great set up for a group of friends. The house had everything we could need and the beach was right at the end of the driveway. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. The only downside was the community pool wasn’t open but that was ok with the beach right there. Only a mile to Main St where there are so many great shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was perfect except I received the check in email a day late. Thankfully the maintenance on call was able to get us in within the hour of arriving. We got there around 5 pm and he was able to make phone calls and get us the access code.

Beautiful view and great accommodations.

Our stay in Hyannis was wonderful for the Labor Day holiday weekend. Beautiful water views in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. The house came equipped with all kitchen appliances. Bedroom linens and beach towels were also provided for all rooms. Would recommend this beautiful beach house to a small group of family/friends for a nice getaway. Very close to downtown shops and restaurants and right next to the ferry.

Exactly as advertised

Cozy but with enough space for 4 adults to get comfortable. Great beds/mattresses and everything necessary in the kitchen. Beautiful view of the ocean and comfy covered patio with a big table. We loved it!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife Lesley booked our vacation in February. She wanted our granddaughters to see New England and enjoy the ocean. Sadly she passed away unexpectedly in April. We decided to honor her wishes and make sure the girls had a good experience. Lesley had selected a great spot. The unit is only 200 feet from the water and the view is spectacular. We were able to enjoy the beach every day as well as see the local sights and points of interest. We had a clean and roomy first floor unit with a large porch overlooking the beach and Nantucket Sound. The only disappointing thing was that neither bathroom had any grab bars. I think this should be added for future. All in all it was a wonderful stay.

Nice spot!

We spent a week in the bottom unit and it was overall a good time. I was disappointed that no one checked on the little things like the fire alarms beeping (we spent the first night with it beeping in the basement) . When the repair guy showed up we spent half a day dealing with it. He was not able to fix the disposal either....had to do it myself (you're welcome to the next guest ;) ). The beds are confy and the place was clean. Overall a good time!

Nice condo

Overall the place served our needs well. While the beach next to the place was pretty nice. We were also in a fairly centrally located spot to allow for day trip exploring of the rest of the Cape as well as Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard.

Perfect beach rental in Hyannis!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a perfect location right next to Keyes Beach in Hyannis with views of the water and literally steps to the beach! It is also a short walk (or very short drive) to downtown Hyannis with shops, restaurants, stores, etc. The unit itself was recently refurbished and had new furniture, kitchen, window treatments, etc. and was in great shape. The management company was responsive to any issue we had. There's also a shared swimming pool which was a nice plus. Provided linens were handy, though there's no in unit laundry. A/C is from window units which worked well but were only in bedrooms. Best dining space is outside on porch which is great when the weather is nice. Was a little pricey but worth it for the location and convenience.
