Enjoy the beautiful view as you walk 0.1 mile to a private beach from the comfort of this year round 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach house, with a huge patio and an outdoor shower. Walk back and forth from the beach at your leisure. This property is a beautiful home away from home with a beautiful open, inviting floor plan and comfortable bedding.

The Master bedroom has a queen bed, with a large dresser and storage drawers under the bed. The Second bedroom has 2 beds. The first bed is a full bed that sleeps 2, the top bed sleeps 1, and the other is a full bed. We also have the most comfortable sofa with chaise lounge in the living area.

We enjoy cooking at our home and so will you. We have everything you could possibly need to entertain family and friends! Enjoy the large outdoor patio and extra space in the She-Shed. This property is a MUST STAY all year round!

This cottage was perfect for our needs! Great location, host provided a thorough list of activities and eateries, and communication with the host was top notch. Even the Nor’Easter couldn’t make us feel sad since we had such lovely accommodations to hunker down in. Highly recommend this property!

The house was clean!! The fireplace was cozy on the two cold evenings. I was surprised there was no shampoo or body wash. The kitchen had everything you would need. The keypad locked us out on Saturday evening. We contacted the owner, and they unlocked the house remotely within 5 minutes. Great service.

Excellent home to explore Cape Cod

We thoroughly enjoyed our three nights in this very well equipped home. Linda provides all you need for a comfortable stay. The information she provided about the home and the amenities around was really helpful and Linda even reserved us a table at a local restaurant. Yarmouth is well placed to explore Cape Cod and Martha’s Vineyard.

This is my family's dream home. We fell in love with it from the moment we saw it. We love the close proximity and privacy of Lewis Bay, it's literally steps away. We love the fine dining options, the shopping and all of the activities the Cape has to offer.

This property is steps from a private beach. Bayview beach is in walking distance too. It's extremely close to the marina with ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. In fact, you can see the ferries go back and forth from the beach. It is within walking distance to 2 restaurants, it's a little more than a mile to downtown Hyannis. It's an absolutely beautiful location. It feels as though you stepped into your very own postcard.

Aside from being close to the beach, this home is equipped with every appliance you can imagine, it has a large patio with a picnic table for outdoor dining, it has beach toys and beach chairs, two full sized bathrooms and an outside shower. This home is a year round property with both heating and central a/c. This house provides everything for a relaxing and convenient getaway.
