Turtle's Pace is a NEW, serene, top floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with vast, unobstructed views of the gulf and a peak-a-boo view of the lake. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large deck while taking in the beautiful sunrise. The back deck also offers a view of the beach, walkover and the sunset. Just a few steps from the beach walkover. Located in between Jetty Park and Crabbing Pier. Walk to your choice of restaurants.
The space
The open, light and bright floorplan has a breakfast bar with seating for 4, while the dining table can seat 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, silverware, coffee pot, Keurig, blender, toaster, InstaPot, basic seasonings and everything needed to prepare snacks and meals. Cozy seating allows for game night or streaming your favorite movies and shows. The first bedroom has a queen bed that sleeps 2 and has its own private bathroom with tub. The second bedroom sleeps 4 with twin xl over queen bunk beds and a twin xl trundle. Both bedrooms have Smart TVs. 2 additional guests have the option to sleep on the queen sofabed in the livingroom. In-unit laundry center, outdoor shower and shared charcoal grill are available for your convenience.
Paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, sheets, bath towels, beach towels, and beach chairs are provided. You just need to bring food, drinks, toiletries, soap, shampoos, laundry detergent, and sunscreen.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire condo with the exception of the locked owner's closet.
