Superbe maison de plage de deuxième rangée située à Beautiful Surfside Beach (80 km au sud de Houston). La maison est de construction récente et est très joliment meublée ... vous pouvez voir les vagues en vous allongeant dans votre lit dans la chambre principale! L'emplacement est haut de gamme (plage moyenne) et l'accès au sable est extrêmement pratique ... Pont nouvellement agrandi qui est très spacieux et rempli de superbes vues .. Sunny Days est connecté à la maison de plage 'Bahama Mama' à côté via un pont de pont ... une fonctionnalité pratique pour les grandes familles / groupes qui préfèrent être proches .. les portes de chaque côté de l'écluse du pont lorsqu'il est loué à des groupes séparés afin la confidentialité est assurée. Contactez-nous si vous avez plus de 10 personnes mais moins de 20 pour voir si les deux maisons sont disponibles en même temps.


Une nouvelle douche extérieure avec eau chaude / froide et intimité a été ajoutée en bas pour plus de commodité ...

Enjoyed our stay

Our family of six enjoyed our stay here. The beach house was clean and has a good layout with the rooms. Though it’s a second row beach house, it’s such a short walk. The views were good and we loved the sound of the ocean while sitting on the porch.

Perfection

This was the perfect size house in the perfect location for our weekend getaway for my daughter’s 30th birthday. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of beds and a wonderful, large deck with a great view. The beach is literally a 3 minute walk. We will definitely be renting this one again!

Beautiful home

We loved the updated interior and easy beach access. The outside shower was very nice for rinsing off too. Our family of 8 found this to be a perfect space!

Great place!

Great location, great place, Had a great time. The house is much bigger than the pictures Show. Beach access is great, maybe 300 feet away from the water. We had a great time and will definitely put us back on our list to use again in the near future.

Family trip

The house and location was perfect. The access to beach was easy. Everything we needed was there. We had family in two other beach houses near us and ours was the best, hands down. The property manager was great and it was super easy to communicate with him. Will definitely use this beach house again.

Great for Couples

We are 2 adult couples that vacation together alot and his house was perfect for us. Love the spacious partially covered front deck. It has a good view of the ocean off to the side. Beach access by foot isn't convenient, but not impossible. Overall we had a great time and would consider renting again.

Excellent Stay!

Excellent communication from the host!!! The best I've ever had. This location is perfect for access to the beach, viewing the waves and relaxing. Everything was perfect. There is enough room for a party of 8 to eat together and hang out.

Very clean & great location

Property was very clean and stocked with basics (utensils, soaps, cleaning stuffs). Linens were very nice quality and clean. The location was convenient with a decked walk-over to the beach at the neighbors house. An enclosed outside warm shower to scrub all our sandy kids before going inside was SO NICE.

Nice stay

We had an overall nice stay. The property was an easy walk to the beach and a had a nice view from the deck. Our only complaint was the strong sulfur (rotten egg) smell whenever you turned on the hot water. It made doing dishes or taking warm showers an unpleasant experience but the rest of the house was super nice.
