This beautiful large condo with a balcony that overlooks the lake. The unit is on the 4th floor and comes with up to two parking passes which you can park on the same floor for easy access to your condo.
RESORT AMENITIES
Your wristbands are embedded with RFID technology and provide access to all resort amenities and private beach access. The resort registration fee is $120 plus tax and is paid directly to the resort through a secure link sent a few days before check-in.

Starters - The condo will come with starters of the following items toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, hand soap, dishwasher pods, dishwashing liquid, laundry pods and dryer sheets.
The kitchen features ample cabinets, beautiful granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. There is seating at the island bar and a dining room table. In addition, the kitchen will have a standard coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, glasses, dishware, flatware, cookware, cooking utensils, baking sheets, and a pizza pan.

Over all was a good trip. The floors & kitchen could’ve definitely been cleaned better. Left over cleaner sprayed all over oven. Other than that would stay again!

Kinda misleading when the listing says 5 bedroom and it’s only a 3 bedroom. Other than that everything was good my teenagers enjoyed their Spring Break

I'm glad you had a great time. I apologize that VRBO lists this as a 5-bedroom property; this is something I cannot control. I don't have it listed as a 5-bedroom. I have it listed as a three-bedroom with a bunkbed nook and a sleeper sofa. They must count the bunkbed and sleeper sofa as "bedrooms." I will call them and find out how to rectify this issue. The place could use a good painting, there is large cracks in the floor trim with no chalking in place. Only enough towels and wash clothes for one per person per day, exterior windows and sliding doors are very dirty, bedroom with a queen bed has two very small tables with the lamps not hooked to electric, bed frame is barely hooked to the headboard, the bed is rock hard, exterior door in this door does not want to deadbolt lock. Two of three bathrooms have no room to sit anything on the sink, they are so small. Construction was going on across from the front door in the stairwell at 7am, very load hammering and drilling. Upon requesting our parking passes from security it took 30 minutes and we asked if we could just stop back by and pick them up later. The washer looks like it has mold growing on the rubber seal. The badge access to enter and exit the private beach access area was horrible!!!! The wrist bands didn’t work, we contacted the host for assistance because we had our hands full of beach belongings and was just standing in the hot sun. The host contacted security and they came over that one day and sat at the gate but not all day and it went back to being an issue. You had to wait for someone to exit before you could enter the private beach access. The water hose on the private beach access worked one of four days we were at the beach. It was a very big disappointment for what we paid (3600) to stay at this condo for 5 nights.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that parts of your stay did not meet your expectations.
One thing I tell all of my guests is that I live locally and am only about seven minutes away from this condo. My direct phone number is included in every email, text message, and check-in communication. I encourage guests to contact me immediately if they encounter any issues so I can address them as quickly as possible. Had I been made aware of these concerns during your stay, I would have done everything possible to have them corrected right away.
Regarding the towels, our cleaning team found several unused towels and washcloths remaining in the condo after your departure. However, if additional linens are ever needed, we are always happy to provide them.
The maintenance items mentioned in your review have all been addressed. We appreciate guest feedback and use it to ensure the condo remains in excellent condition.
The beach access, parking pass process, and security operations are managed by the resort rather than our company. However, when we were notified of the beach access issue, we immediately contacted the appropriate personnel and assisted as quickly as possible.

Outstanding Property
This was a beautiful three bedroom condo that fit 10 adults comfortably. While it was across the street from the beach, access was no problem. And if you wanted to skip the sand there were several well maintained pools. I highly recommend this condo for your next vacation!

The unit was very clean. Kelly was very easy to work with and always willing to help. Unit was well stocked in the kitchen. Would recommend this unit for anyone who has children. 3RD BR had a full size bed with a twin bunk bed.
