Exceptionally clean and quite comfortable. Near supermarket, liquor store, visitor center which made it a convenient base for our multi day trip. The host was responsive with the booking, directions for location and access and overall a good communicator.

rooms were great except a lack of seating. The tiny bar stools are uncomfortable; I would take them out and put in a love seat and add a fourth chair, if our friends had come, there was no place for us to sit together.

We stayed one night in this cute two room cabin right off the main street through Ely. 10-15 min walk to most of the restaurants and shops downtown. Very comfortable spot, it was nice that there was a small coffee maker and fridge in the room.

Great place to rest your head

It is a great place to stay. It was not noisy, being next to DQ & on Sheridan, we wondered. Beds are comfortable, but a sitting area would be nice instead of the extra bed.

3 day stay in Ely

My daughter and I stayed in the cottage for three days. The property manager had great communication in how to get checked in and it was really simple. The cottage was very clean and well stocked for us. It is nice that it is close to all the shops and restaurants in town so it was a quick 2 minute drive to get dinner at night. We did a lot of hiking and the cottage was a great central location to all the trails we went on. Would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Ely.

I received a message with check in instructions in advance and a phone number if i had any problems. The property was clean and welcoming. It was quiet at night for sleeping despite being on the Main Street through town. The bathroom has been recently remodeled and is nice. I would stay here again. It’s small and cozy, but clean and comfortable.

I was actually impressed! It was the perfect layout, and the bed was as Cozy as I could have asked for. Very clean, organized and ready for the next guest. I’ll do it again the next time I’m in town! I sleep with the fan and it drowned out the road noise

The property was not clean. Towels smelled musty. Toilet was dirty. Snowed a lot and property was not plowed or shoveled nor was a shovel provided. Batteries were dead on remote for television. Television was old and had lines in it. When the heat comes on it is very very loud. I will not stay again.

A Great Place For the Ely Half Marathon!

This was the perfect location for us to stay, while we were in town for the Ely Half Marathon. We could walk to the main park for the race, walk to dinner, and most importantly walk to DQ for our celebration blizzard. Great location and perfect little hideaway for the four of us. Thank you!

Close to Ely Arts and Heritage Center (0.9 mi), a popular Ely landmark.

Convenient, speedy wifi is offered to guests, and rooms have air conditioning.

Ely is also known for some great art galleries, including Brandenburg Gallery, Art & Soul Gallery, and Chris Perry Gallery, which are not too far from Lakeland Motel.

Despite these limitations, the location is highly convenient, with local coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping within walking distance. Additionally, the Ely Dairy Queen is conveniently situated right next door.
