Great place for a family trip!

Property was perfect for my family of 8. The younger kids loved the pool, the older kids enjoyed the hot tub. Plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen and sunken living room were great for hanging out.

Great pool!

We enjoyed the pool and gazebo area. The kitchen was very usable, modern and clean. It could use some more pots and baking dishes however. A wonderful location, close to so many things!

Great place for the whole family!

We spent a long weekend here with our 3 adult children and their significant others. All of us enjoyed the pool, hot tub, pool table and living space. Definitely will try to rebook next time the family heads back to St Louis!

Wonderful stay!

Everything about this place is great. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. The beds are comfortable. The pool and hot tub are fantastic. Location is great. We had no issues parking our two cars. It is a short walk to some restaurants and stores. Uber is available to everywhere else. If you're on the fence, just book it!

Stl family vacation

Great neighborhood, with fantastic local food close to everything. Clean and super fun. So hard to get the kids out of the pool. Love the character of the house. Be careful with young walkers on a few stairs.

Space is great but needs professional cleaning

My family had a great time. House is roomy and in a good neighborhood. Micah was responsive and a good host. Check in was easy and the price was reasonable. Our only complaint was that the house needs to be professionally cleaned, especially the kitchen and bathrooms.

Great location, close to stores and restaurants, host responded quickly to any questions we had and the pool was fantastic! Concerns
a portion of the basement stairs is not enclosed on one side, could be dangerous for small children. Kitchen could be cleaner. Also be aware that the hot water is extremely hot.

Wonderful property!

This property is spacious and the amenities cannot be beat. Everything we needed in the kitchen and in the rest of the propeerty as well. The outdoor space with the pool, hot tub, gazebo, chairs and grill were perfect. We really enjoyed the gas firepit and patio furniture. The neighborhood felt very safe. Its far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough to be downtown in a few minutes. Loved this property. 11/10! Property owner was super nice and always responds quickly to messages.

Awesome house

We had a great time!! Perfect location for everything we wanted to see while in St. Louis! We had toddlers with us so the stairs were tricky but it worked out fine. We spent a whole day outside by the pool and it was perfect. Great house for our family to stay!

Great stay!

Check in could not have been easier, just let ourselves in with the code. The house was clean and spacious. There were two bedrooms in the converted attic, one on the first floor and one in the basement. This worked well for us with older kids but families with little ones might be uncomfortable with the distance between sleeping quarters. It is an older home with a lot of old school character mixed with modern conveniences. The kitchen is updated and well stocked. Beds are comfortable but one of the beds upstairs was very creeky as are the floors throughout the first floor and attic. The back yard is amazing with a beautiful pool, gazebo and plenty of room to lounge. Bring flip flops as the surface surrounding the pool is great for anti-slip purposes but rough on bare feet. The pool was clean and the temperature was perfect to cool off after hot days exploring the city. The neighborhood was quiet and within 15-20 minutes of everything on our itinerary. Micah was very responsive to all of our questions. Overall it was a fantastic stay for our family of six and we would not hesitate to stay again!

We had a good time. We weren't able to use the pool as it was a bit cold and the heater isn't used during the summer time. The house was clean and the host communicated well.

Fun family stay!

We brought our 4 boys to StL for vacation and this house was one of our favorite things about the trip! We had a great time with the pool, hot tub, and pool table. It was in a good location and just a short trip to the zoo, Fitz’s, and a nice park.

Great location & house

We came for a long weekend over 4th of July. The house was great for our needs. We swam in the pool everyday, several times a day. We went to the zoo and the city museum. The house is close to dinning, parks, grocery shopping, everything we needed for a great long weekend. We definitely stay here again!!!!

Great Location and Ample Space

Our family was very happy with our stay of six nights for our son's college graduation. The house sleeps eight and has plenty of space to spread out. Two bedrooms are in the attic, and one is in the basement; good for privacy but not a conventional house layout. The pool and outdoor area were great. Micah, our host, was very prompt in communication whenever asked a question. We would stay here again should the need arise.
