Rare Beach Front Paradise in La Palmilla. Perfectly Located. 4bed 4bath

Our beautiful sunrise Villa with beachfront access makes for the perfect Cabo family vacation. We have recently updated all bathrooms and the Kitchen!

From whale watching to sea turtle hatching, our almost private beach out front makes you not want to leave the property. You’ll find all the chairs/umbrellas/towels you need in the Storage. Set yourself up on the beach and watch the day pass by. Enjoy swims around the rock out front, and games of volleyball on our court that we can set up in front of the house per special request. Feel free to take a stroll down the beach to the One&Only Palmilla to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner.

There is a Spa on site and a public pool just a short 2min walk down the beach. The house comes equip with board games, beach essentials, and a portable speaker. The kitchen is fully stock and upon you arrival there will waters, beers, chips & salsa, and some items to immediately enjoy your stay.

The house is conveniently located between downtown San Jose del Cabo with amazing culture and food and the Cabo San Lucas night life. At any time you can walk up to the entrance gate and schedule a taxi with the gate guard to pick you up at the house.

There are endless restaurants to try. Please reach out for special requests.

Our house is professionally cleaned and maintained and the host will be reachable at all times.

Beautiful place!

We loved our stay at this beautiful location! The views are breathtaking. It is a short drive to town. It is a quiet, safe, beautiful neighborhood. It is a great place to stay and relax or a base camp if you have a lot of activities planned. They were easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions quickly. We hope to visit again soon.

Awesome Property in Palmilla! 5 Experience!

We just ended a great 4 night stay and can't wait to return! The owner Colby and property manager Maricela were very helpful and responsive. Maricela helped with pre-arrival groceries, chef for dinner, taxis, wood for bonfire, etc. The house on the beach in Palmilla does not disappoint - the location is ideal close to the hotel and the beach is amazing and mostly empty. Nice neighbors too. All in all, ee had a great time and will be back!'

Perfect family vacation

The villa was the perfect family vacation home. Located in Palmilla right on the beach with exceptional views of the Sea of Cortez. It's in a safe and quiet area on a swimmable beach. Great whale watching. The house is the ideal design with four suites; each with its own bathroom. The common areas are well appointed and comfortable; with great views and lots of light. All the modern conveniences. Exceptional.

Gorgeous property!

The property was absolutely perfect. The actual property is just as beautiful as the online pictures. The villa is spacious and very secure. The gated community provides a feeling of safety. Colby was always super quick to respond before the trip and during the trip. Thank you, Colby. The neighborhood was beautiful for morning walks or runs. The ocean waves were enormous due to a storm in the Pacific but the pool was wonderful. Uber is a great option if you don't want to drive into town. If this property is available for your dates, don't hesitate, Book it! I highly recommend it.

Wonderful house for a family getaway

Everything about this property is amazing. Owner and. Property manager were very responsive. They organized a car for us from the airport (round trip) Golf cart rental was perfect for getting the 6 of us down to the Playa Palmilla. The house had everything we needed and more
Kids played Volleyball everyday and went looking for shells on the beach. Pool was super close. Would recommend staying here anytime.

Great place, nothing was missed

Our next Cabo stay will be here again. The place felt like home, with everything you could need to enjoy the sun and beach. Honestly... a quick run to the local markets that were better than the Whole Foods in the States and we were set. The only miss was the BBQ's propane tank being empty when we went to cook our carne asasda. Yet, the local property manager was very responsive in addressing the issue. The large spa on the property was very enjoyable. Seeing the wave break was an awesome view. Just be careful of the rip tides if you decide to put your feet in the ocean.

Excellent vacation spot

This villa is gorgeous, complete with everything someone will need to make themselves at home, and very spacious. We spent a ton of time on the back porches overlooking the beach. We even saw a sea lion swim right up to the beach one day! The neighborhood is quiet and secure, beautifully landscaped, and walkable. We didn't feel comfortable letting the kids swim in the water at the house - high waves, strong currents, and lots of animals, but the public beach was lees than a 10 minute walk away and offers inexpensive chair and umbrella rentals. We taxi'd or uber'd most places into town which was convenient and easy. I wouldn't have minded if one of the suites downstairs had extra beds (ex. 2 twins), but that may be specific to my family. We had one who slept on the couch upstairs which was ok in the end. Overall it was an excellent choice for us. It is such a beautiful home, and the hosts were great in sharing info and helping out with questions. Would highly recommend for large families.

Fabulous Christmas Family Getaway!

As soon as you step inside the Pamilla villa, you are transported to paradise! Although the pictures are fabulous, we didn’t know if it would live up to the pictures, since there were no reviews. Fortunately, we took a chance with high hopes for a beautiful family home to create Christmas memories. There are several reasons we loved this home. We loved the ocean views, very comfortable furnishings, the hot tub that heated quickly and the kitchen had everything we needed and wanted. We requested a chef to prepare our Christmas dinner. The chef was amazing, and we had plenty of food leftover for another meal the next day. We enjoyed naps on the beach with furniture provided, bonfires on the beach with firewood we requested and amazing sunrise views in the morning. We would rent this home again in a heartbeat. The property managers were very responsive with our last minute request and provided the perfect welcome for our stay. Thanks so much for providing a wonderful home for us to create everlasting holiday memories.

Great beach house

My brother and our families stayed here comfortably. 5 adults, 4 kids 1-6. The house is in a great area with lush landscaping. Ther home was a good size, clean and had all the regular things you need. Sharp knives! The beach is awesome. Huge and private. Had a nice fire a couple nights under the stars. The waves in June were to big to swim in. But beautiful to watch and listen to. I hear you can swim there other months. You could walk to a swimmable area in 15 minutes. 5 minute taxi to the grocery store. We thought the home had a pool but it's actually a shared pool a few doors down. Still cool. The kids used the hot tub in the backyard to swim in so worked out well. The host was quick to respond and help with whatever maintenance or help was needed. Overall it was an excellent home to rent and would recommend to anyone
