This home was built in the 1930's & holds onto that charm, while offering the luxuries of today. Whether you are planning an adventure in the surrounding mountains and rivers or looking for rest & relaxation, let The Homestead be your home base.
The space
From the large deck and dining room, The Homestead offers views of the tractless wilderness that stretch from the foothills to the wilds of the Sierra Nevadas. Our peaceful valleytop home is surrounded by lush landscapes nestled between native oaks, cedars and redwoods. A professional appliance stocked kitchen, indoor and outdoor eating areas, and an infinity pool with views of the American River Valley are only some of the amenities we offer.

Other things to note
We do have a permanent tenant that lives in a basement in-law with a separate private entrance. You will most likely not see him at all. Please respect his space.

There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool, swim at your own risk. Please be careful and watch your footing around the pool and ponds on the property
