We were only their for 2 nights, however, it was clean and organized. Looks just like the picture. The blinds do need to be replaced in the guest room and the curtains need to be big enough to cover the window.

The place was clean and just what we were hoping for. Beach access was easy. The only issue we had was some outlets did not work, otherwise I would have gave this place an excellent review.

Beach vacation

We loved how close we were to the beach and the private seascapes pool was really nice to go to if we didn’t want to walk to the beach. Really liked the under parking to keep our vehicle out of the sun.

AC would only get down to 74 degrees and in the evening would be as high as 79 degrees. We contacted Vacasa every day and they kept saying they would get someone out there but we never saw anyone. The fan in the master bedroom sounded like an airplane taking off and acted like it was going to come off the ceiling but we needed it on with as warm as it was in there. The stove top only worked half the time. We were only left with 3 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for a family of 5. The blankets on the beds were not great and the sofa sleeper looked broken and our son had a hard time sleeping on it. Only 2 hand towels for the kitchen.Other than that we loved the location to the beach and other amenities. The pool was nice also. The under parking was nice for our vehicle so it didn’t get too hot.

The place was cozy and clean. It was perfect for a small family vacation. It is so close by the beach. Full kitchen with washer and dryer which was nice and convenient. I would stay here again.

Good stay

Only dislike is there were no extra blankets and absolutely zero bedding for the fold out couch that my kids wanted to camp out on, and when we folded it out it was covered in sand. Plenty of pillows just no sheets or blankets for fold out couch. Good location just a few steps to the beach. People above us were super loud but that’s not the property owners fault. Said property was prohibited from smoking but sitting on the patio it reeked of marijuana.

Not quite

Pros: Great location, decent beds, patio and ice maker. Cons: No working internet for entire stay, no working ceiling fan in master, several outlets don’t work, must bring own dish soap, blankets, paper products, detergent, dishwasher detergent - lots of items that are usually provided. Couch bed mattress was soiled from previous guest and left wet/ dirty and unusable so we had to make other sleeping arrangements since we had a kid supposed to sleep there, We covered the couch to even sit on it. Rest of place seemed clean. Definitely a miss by the crew. Would not recommend or stay here again.

Close to beach

Roomy. Beds were comfy. Short walk to beach. Condo should have been cleaner inside. Vents dirty. Woodworking dusty. Missing towel holder in middle bathroom. Bowl under sink in master bedroom filled with dirty water. All easy fixes.

Great location

Great location and we loved the place! There were a few downsides however; beds had very thin sheets as blankets, silverware was dirty/rusted, back door handle was loose ( a security pole was used to keep it fully shut), not enough trash bags for our stay (2), some outlets did not work, and wish there were some cleaning products so we could wipe down kitchen after using. Other than those we loved the patio, how close it was to beach and other places, and would book again!

Tournament Stay

Stayed Friday-Sunday in November for a tournament. Property is in a good location but hard to find the first time. Tucked away with only one entrance and no signage. Cabinets felt sticky to the touch, floors looked and felt grimy, furniture and other parts were visibly worn if not broken, TV didnt work properly (3 remotes and none worked-- all had batteries), and internet information was incorrect. There was a visible crack/scratch on the TV screen, holes in the sofa, and parts of the master bed were visibly glued together. The towel racks in both bathrooms were still coming off the walls because of the drywall being broken. Bed is worn out-- big dip in the middle. The images in the posting do not reflect the current condition. Many of the issues were mentioned in reviews from over a year ago.

Easy beach access but otherwise just ok.

Access to the beach was easy and it is a great beach. The condo was just ok at beast and really needs updating and could have been cleaner upon arrival.
