The condo was easy to access and close to restaurants. Very easy beach access. However, it was very dirty and when I messaged the host I never heard back from them. I don’t think it had even been cleaned. We will not stay there again.

Very quiet place, hardly any noise here! Right on the beach. Everything you would need is provided. We were down for Bamarama and there are so many caches in the area, we could have stayed for a month. Definitely recommend.

The room was not correctly heated and I found it to be quite dirty when I got there. But all my luggage up and was exhausted by the time I drove six hours to get there. Was unable to sleep because there was no heat in the room and the handyman was sent to get a portable unit which never arrived and I was told that the facility doesn’t allow them. But no one told me he wasn’t coming back. The next day I had to find a place which was a lot more expensive but so much more worth it. The owner was going to refund the next couple nights, and I said that I would like for the entire visit to be refunded which she did which is the only saving grace of this trip.

The good: Host was very responsive and friendly. Unit photos were accurate. Allowed an early check in and we appreciated that. The Complex pool areas are very nice and the beach access and beach are top notch.The not so good: Unit needs a good deep cleaning and an update. The furnishings are in bad shape, the headboard was broken and not attached to the bed or the wall. Linens were old and shabby. Dresser was missing knobs. A Cigaret was found on the floor in the kitchen and the fan does not work in the bathroom, the ice maker in the fridge does not work. The Patio was filthy and the patio set was cheap and wobbles. I had to clean the patio and furniture to even use it. We book many Vrbo’s and typically there are starter items in the home, small dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, guest shampoo or soap, there was only left overs here. The complex outside of the pool area, is very run down. This condo was fine for a short three night stay, we wanted the pools and the beach. If I had to stay longer, I would have been more disappointed.

The beach was beautiful and easy to get to. Condo was okay - bed was comfortable, condo size was big enough for two people, but not very clean (food stuck in freezer and sticky film on microwave and stove. No views from condo balcony except basketball court and garage.
