Of course the view is great and location--but this condo is in need of upgrades. Having a full set of sheets on a mattress shouldn't be an issue with their rental management company.

The location was amazing! We loved staying here and look forward to coming back for sure! The only issues we had were the hot water in the hall bathroom sink did not work, and the toaster did not work. Condo needs a bit of updating, but overall an excellent stay!Also, communication with the hosts was excellent as well!

This condo was perfect for our little family of five! Everything was clean when we arrived. The furniture on the balcony was wonderful. Our kids ate every meal outside looking at the ocean. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals. The pull out couch was a nice addition and was very comfortable. The only complaint I had is that the dresser had a very strong mildew smell. I ended up just keeping our things in suitcases so we didn't have to keep opening the drawers. We highly recommend any condo at Royal Palms! We're already planning our getaway for next year!

Perfect for a condo right on the beach. My husband and I don’t stay in the condo much when we are beaching because we like to soak up all the time we have and we have really enjoyed staying here.

Communication with property manager

When we needed assistance with the operation of the televisions in the unit, we left messages three times and finally drove to the Vacasa office. Soon after that, the property manager did come to the unit to help us. In the meantime, another guest at the property also tried unsuccessfully to help.Later during our visit, the light in the refrigerator burned out, we left messages again with no replies, and had to use the light on our phones to see into the fridge.

Beautiful view

The view from the balcony was beautiful! You can see the Gulf State Park Pier and the walk isn't too far either. It's a peaceful section of the beach.

Cozy condo

The bed was super comfortable and I loved the balcony and view of the beach. It may be a little small for 6 people to stay, there were only two of us and our grandkids came for one evening.

Compact, but a great fit for us!

The location was phenomenal being near open space, the pier and State Park but a nice walk to the center of Gulf Shores action. We did daily bike trips to the park for fun rides and enjoyed the ease of getting anywhere in town we needed to be by car in just a few minutes. There was a great mix of quiet and family fun at the beach to accommodate peaceful walks and plenty of people watching. The condo kitchen was well-equipped and had a K-cup and "regular" coffee maker. There were only 2 chairs at the table on the balcony, so a little limiting if there is a larger group staying in the condo. Having 2 very clean and ample bathrooms was a plus even for a couple! In all, very cute condo with all the necessities! Enjoy your peaceful stay!!!

GREAT GETAWAY

We have booked a condo at Royal Palms twice and love it. If you need to get away and have quiet time, this is a great place to be. Next to the state park but close enough to everything you would need on vacation. This will be our choice when booking our next vacaction.
