Ceci est une unité trÚs facile à la plage. Nettoyer avec toutes les commodités. Vue magnifique et beaucoup d'intimité. Parfait pour un couple ou une famille de quatre personnes. Les lits sont deux reines et trÚs confortable. Espérons que vous venez de passer une merveilleuse semaine ou plus. Il ya une laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité ainsi que l'élimination des déchets et l'auto four propre. Un nouveau canapé-lit est dans le salon. Nouveaux planchers de tuiles et nouveau comptoir. Pas de chichi, pas muss. Nous avons récemment ajouté wifi.

Nice and clean condo. I had a lot of questions about the condo and the grounds and the hosts were great about answering them all. The amenities were excellent. Everything I needed was there. Would definitely book again. It was great place to stay.

Had a great stay, felt like you were in someone's home as opposed to a rental. There was a nice mini library with a number of books to choose from. Very clean with comfortable furniture and bed, along with the great view. Hosts were very responsive. Previous reviews had noted complex was a little older, though very well maintained, I thought that was true in the best sense, as GSSRC has its own unique character. It is well established with plenty of room to move around on the lagoon side along with a double lot beach access, and a boardwalk and pavilion with benches when going to or from the beach. Very comfortable and will be planning on coming back again.

Great experience! The pool was super nice, easy access to the beach. Not much traffic when walking across to the private beach access, and the pool was never to crowded. The room was perfect for just my husband and I, and our 10 year old. Photo of the pool view from our room.

We have stayed in this unit a few years in a row now, and it's always great!The host has been quickly responsive the few times we've had little issues. Since last year there have been some furniture and appliance upgrades.The condo complex isn't new, but amazingly well maintained. The pool is great, the hot tub is great, the view and facilities on the lagoon are great, and the beach has a private access boardwalk right across the street. A two minute walk, and you're in the sand.I believe this is the 4th year in a row that we've rented this same unit, and hope to return for many more.

Great location wonderful view from balcony of Gulf of Mexico.. The owners that were at the unit were all nice/friendly and welcoming. Air conditioner is cold and works fantastic loved private beach access even saw dolphins 2x

A little piece of blue heaven

Property was a little older but was perfect for our purpose. Wanted to have a couple days at the beach as we traveled to see granddaughters in Texas. Condo was clean and access to the beach was easy just had to cross the street.

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back , yall have a beautiful place however did want to let you know may want to check dishwasher for leaks noticed water on other side of counter we think you may have a slight leak and your cleaning company are not mopping good the first day in with no shoes on feet we black from floor so we recleaned but your place is awesome and we will recommend to everyone. The apartment is a little older but it was perfect. We had one small problem and the host cleaned it right up for us. Don't know how we could really ask for more. The location was excellent. Nice view of the beach and nice short walk

What a wonderful way to enjoy Gulf Shores

This Condo is just what we love about the Gulf Coast. This is the second time we have stayed here, and it was just fantastic. We will probably be back; it's a great place.

412A was as described, but needs a new shower curtain liner(soap scum) and another towel rack. Several outlets need replacing that are worn out and don't hold phone chargers(black outlet on the end of the bar).We liked how easy the sliding door moved! Good supply of kitchen items, A/C worked great on hottest days of Summer! Need to remove and clean mold under sink area(slight leak?). Recommend owner buy all the same warm white bulbs at lower wattage to make the place even more cozy! Minor suggestions to move from 4 to 5 stars! We would rent again!!

Perfect for a Couple!

Great little one bedroom condo across from the beach. Great building with a beautiful pool area in back. Great access to the beach across the street, with small sitting and boardwalk to the beach. Condo has a great balcony for watching the waves. Condo was perfect for our needs. I highly recommend for a couple or even 4 with the pull out!
