This second-floor condo is nestled next to the Bon Secour National Refuge on a white-sand beach that has the perfect mix of full amenities while not being overcrowded. Want to hit the links? Bring your clubs because we are also steps from the award-winning Kiva Dunes golf course. If golf isn't your thing, the tennis courts and pools are right outside the door!

When you visit, you can welcome each day on the balcony listening to the waves crash against the shoreline. After a day of accessing the many amenities of the property, you can cook your catch of the day in our well-equipped kitchen while watching the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico before settling in for a movie or a game night with friends and family. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
