 Bienvenue dans la magnifique Gulf Shores Plantation, une résidence fermée offrant plus de 4000 pieds de plage privée, une façade de plage blanche, des dunes de sable naturelles et un magnifique aménagement paysager bien entretenu. Les activités sont disponibles pour tous les ùges et parfaites pour les escapades en famille.

Notre condominium nouvellement et fraßchement décoré a une vue impressionnante sur le golfe DIRECT, et est entiÚrement meublé et bien entretenu pour votre plaisir et votre confort. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec cuisiniÚre, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, cafetiÚre, grille-pain et mixeur. La copropriété a également WiFi, deux téléviseurs, DVD, cùble, magnétoscope et un lecteur CD.

La chambre a un lit queen-size et le salon a un canapé-lit. L'unité a également deux lits superposés intégrés. Linge de maison, fer et tous les ustensiles de cuisine fournis. L'établissement propose une laverie automatique. Ce complexe est à cÎté du parcours de golf de Kiva Dunes, classé au niveau national, et à quelques minutes des restaurants, des boutiques et des divertissements de Gulf Shores.

We have stayed in the Plantation the past 5 years, and we enjoyed this unit the most. It's top floor, so nobody's stomping above you (why do they do that????) The beach view is ideal! There's no pool directly under you, so it's quieter and more private. And it's further from the bar, which gets noisy.The unit is adequately stocked, and she doesn't use the cheapest dollar store junk toilet paper, paper towels, etc., which gave us problems in another unit last year. We did bring several tv trays to serve as end tables and night stands, and we always have to cover the windows in the bedrooms at Plantation because the security lights in the hallways are BRIGHT (as they should be, but ya gotta sleep). She had a nice, thick blanket available that worked perfectly for this.It's on the end, next to an empty wooded lot, making it very quiet and private. There's another bbq grill back there, so we grabbed some steaks at Rouses and had an amazing steak and baked potato dinner!We also used our folding chairs and a tv tray on the balcony. She has 4 really nice high bar chairs there, which is great for seeing the view over the railing. We just have bad backs and bad knees and all the over-50 funsies going on. And this is a little thing, perhaps, but I'm into home decor, and I very much enjoyed that the inside wasn't just dripping with corny beach-themed decor. It was tastefully decorated with lovely warm tones and floral artwork, punctuated with a few beachy items. Chefs kiss!

Direct beach front view just as described. No issues with the check in process or finding the unit. Better “starter” stocked than I’m used to for sure. Kiddos loved the bunks .Very close to the boardwalk and pools closest to the unit (two outdoor pools right out the door almost and the indoor pool just across the parking lot).I saw other reviews mentioning the a/c or fan noise and while yea you notice it when it kicks on, it’s not overly excessive (to me).

The place is run down. The air conditioning unit makes such a racquet that you can’t sleep without hearing it shutting off. I was very disappointed with the condition of the overall experience.

Overall great experience. Location was perfect! The only complaint is the unit was not as clean as one might expect. There was food on the floor from the previous guests and sticky stuff spilt down the drawers in the kitchen. Other than needing a more thorough cleaning it was nice.

Always a blast

Our third time in the area and 2nd time staying here. Cannot say enough about how great it is! Fromease of access to the beach, pools. Tisa is very responsive if you need anything. We are so excited to return again next year!

Wedding trip

The property was clean with many ammenies, including a on site restaurant. Anyway the condo was just as described and wonderful the ocean view was incredible. You can hear the waves from the balcony. It is newly renovated and the property owner is easy to deal with.

Great weekend getaway!

Just needs a little work

Just a few tweaks, and this property would be awesome. Upon arrival, it was a picture on the wall, covering the breaker box that had fallen and broken and was laying in the floor. There were a few areas of dirt in the floor (corners mostly) and the tub had some residue left. Could have used a couple of night stands by the bed & my wife recommended a hair dryer. Overall the location was great & new appliances were a nice touch. Views of the beach were beautiful and WiFi was fast. Like I said, just a few tweaks

Tranquility

I especially love that it is in an area without high rise buildings lining the beach. As a Baldwin County native, it reminds me of my visits to the beach in the 1970's. The condo is very nice and the only sounds I heard other than children enjoying themselves were the sounds of nature. Just the peace I crave.
