Perfectly positioned on the beachfront, Lighthouse 1407 will bring a sense of calm and relaxation to your Gulf Shores getaway. Lighthouse comes with a host of amenities that include two zero-entry pools, a heated indoor pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center with a sauna, and 635 feet of private beach. You'll be a quarter-mile from Gulf State Park and three-quarters of a mile from the Gulf State Park Pier and the Gulf Shores Parkway-the thoroughfare that's home to Waterville USA and dozens of popular restaurants, eateries, ice cream parlors, activities, and attractions.

This renovated gulf-front condo is a vacationer's delight, offering floor-to-ceiling glass doors that lead outside to a balcony overlooking the beach. After a day spent on the white sand, you can enjoy central air conditioning and an open living space that brings together the living and dining areas, along with the fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig Duo and stainless steel appliances. The main bedroom features a spa-like shower with three shower heads, including a rain shower. There are also twin bunk beds in the bunk room for additional sleeping room. Additional amenities include a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer, plus free WiFi and smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms for your evening entertainment.

Good Unit with Great View
Overall great stay! Unit was clean, outdoor furniture was great! We stayed 50+ nights! Disappointed we had to purchase kitchen towels and kitchen cloths as there was only one small kitchen towel! Based on total cost of unit, having to purchase towels is not right otherwise we would have rated the unit a 5. Another review had mentioned the towel issue so I believed there would be kitchen towels when we arrived. Dryer start switch needs to be replaced, it was a struggle to get it to started most times.

Nicely renovated
This condo was really cute but a bit small for our family. We really enjoyed the location. One of the bedrooms bed sheets did not fit because a queen size sheet was put on a king size bed. Also, the AC was working at half capacity. Vacasa promptly fixed both problems once notified. Would recommend this condo!

Fall Break 2022
This condo has been beautifully remodeled and the huge shower was absolutely gorgeous. I gave it 3 stars because of other issues. We felt like we were staying in a hotel because of the white, not so soft, bath towels and the complimentary toiletries. No soap dishes in the bathrooms to put soap in, no dish rags to hand wash dishes, only a sponge, 2 kitchen towels. The floor was filthy as if it had not been mopped because after we got there and walked around barefooted, our feet were very, very dirty, almost black. Thin blankets for beds. We have been coming to Lighthouse for over 15 years, 10 years renting a different unit that we absolutely loved, but the owners sold it. This was the first time that we have not known who the owners are and have not had any contact with the owners. Just not personable like it has been in the past.

Lighthouse 1407 was absolutely stunning! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas getaway! The view was absolutely amazing! Also, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare dinner!

Beautiful Condo
We came for a long weekend trip with our 3 year old and almost 1 year old for our 7 year anniversary from Tennessee and loved all of it! Very nice and clean. The balcony furniture was the BEST! I loved the rocking chairs! Elevators were super fast, parking was great. The beach was not crowded but we always say the middle of September is the best time to go to the beach! Our 3 year old LOVED both of the pools and hot tubs and we did too! We have no complaints at all! We will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Property - Wonderful Vacation
This condo was perfect for our needs. We had two adults, one 17 year old and one 14 year old. Plenty of space for all of us. The condo was well equipped and very clean and fresh. We loved the master bedroom the furniture on the balcony. It was also a nice touch to have beach chairs and boogey boards. The building also had a bunch of great amenities (pool, beach access, etc.). We will definitely think about renting here again.

6 stays at Lighthouse 1407 best condo
We stayed in this condo in 2017 before it was remodeled- wonderful transformation! Particularly like the luxury vinyl tile floors - so much better than the customary tile and the new decorating & lovely shower are great too.

Thanksgiving Get-away
This was a perfect get-away for the holiday. The unit is well appointed, loved the master shower. The view was great and even with a couple days of cooler temps, it was still perfect out on the balcony. Highly recommend this place!
