Bayberry Woods is a community of 52 townhomes within a short distance to the ocean and downtown Bethany Beach. A wooded setting just off Garfield Parkway gives easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, state parks, and other local attractions. This community offers an outside community pool, tennis, and a bike path.

This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom, two-story townhouse is bright and nicely decorated. It offers an outside shower, an open and screened porch, assigned parking, and is located a short distance to the ocean and boardwalk in Bethany Beach. The first level offers an open porch, living, dining, and kitchen areas, a breakfast bar, a half bath, and a screened porch. Level two offers a primary bedroom and bath and two more bedrooms, plus a bathroom and laundry area.

THINGS TO KNOW
Two (2) free parking spaces are provided at the property.
No recreational vehicles or boats/trailers are to be parked in the community. No construction trailers or trash/debris containers are allowed from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
PLEASE make sure the lid to the dumpster is closed after you have used it so that animals cannot get in it.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
