Nous sommes l'une des rares locations acceptant les animaux domestiques en ville et ne facturons pas de supplément pour animaux de compagnie. Nice location for a family trip

Nice location. Close to beach. The townhome had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the community pool. The parking pass and trolley were a plus. Overall we had a great stay.

Wonderful Beach Spot

Great location and property. The parking pass makes driving to the beach and town so easy but we quickly realized renting bikes made our stay even more fun. The place was impeccably clean and even the neighbors were delightful. Definitely have recommended the property to others.

Excellent vacation

We loved everything about our stay here and in Bethany Beach. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable and welcoming week. The community was peaceful and close to everything. The beach was beautiful and we had such a fun time. Highly recommend this listing and this destination!

Fantastic Family Vacation

We had an amazing week in Bethany at this property! The beach house was exactly as advertised, the accommodations were very comfortable, the host was very accessible and easy to communicate with. The location couldn't be beat, and we were so sad to leave when the trip was over! We will definitely stay again!!

Perfect Home Base for Beach Vacation!

This townhome was the perfect place to rest our heads after a busy beach vacation! The community was excellent - the townhome is right across from a small body of water, which provides beautiful views and a short walk to the pool (including a kiddy pool) and playground! We could easily walk to multiple restaurants, stores and the Bethany nature reserve! The trolley also passes right by the front door!

Beach House

The house was very comfortable and easily commutable to the main drag of bethany by driving, biking or walking. The pool was a nice added bonus and the parking pass made it easy to drive in to town as needed. There were grocery stores and restaurants also right near the house.

Vacation at Bethany

Beautiful location, near the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. The house was nice but a little bit outdated, in need for some refurbishment ( old furniture, patio deck closure damaged and exterior shower non functional..). The host was very responsive to our requests.

Great spot

Good house and community for our family of 4! Parking pass for Bethany helpful with easy access to beach via car. Kids enjoyed pool and family fishing at community. If you have a canoe or kayak you can put it right in at dock access to salt pond, or catch some crabs!

Property is well cared for with up-to-date appliances and electronics. We were able to walk easily to 4 separate restaurants. Also for us, it was a fairly easy walk to downtown Bethany. Convenient access to pool. Also, parking pass came in handy.

Perfect Beach House

The house itself was super clean, spacious and well stocked. We made a few meals at home during our stay and had everything we needed. The large back deck was perfect for storing bikes and beach gear and hanging out. We even used the grill one night! The outdoor shower is a nice bonus for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The house is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood behind several restaurants and my teens rode their bikes to the beach every single day without issue. We will definitely plan to stay at Wood Bungalow again!

Great vacation home for dog owner

We were very happy with the rental, and liked the closed-in patio so we could let the dog go outside without being on the leash. The only negative we experienced is that the air condition on the second floor did not keep up with the heat and it was warm during the night. everything else was fine and I would certainly recommend the facility.

Great location and stay

This place was in a great location close to restaurants beach and the boardwalk. The biggest bonus was the parking permit which allowed us to easily find parking right by the beach on busy Labor Day weekend when our friends staying at other houses didn’t have a permit and wound up giving up looking for parking after an hour. Thankfully there is still a convenient trolley and worst case you could walk a mile to the water. We spent most of our time out of the house and mainly just used the shower and beds but from what we saw this place had everything we would have needed had we spent more time indoors. The host communicated with us regularly and was super nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Make sure you clean thoroughly before you checkout

We had a nice vacation, loved the pool. It’s a far walk to the beach with all chairs, coolers and towels, so would not recommend going that route. Brought our dog who is very well trained. She does not have ‘accidents’. When we arrived, the house was nice but not in perfect condition- it’s a rental and perfection was not expected, especially since it is supposed to be ‘pet friendly’. Upon departure, we left everything as we found it but did not vacuum. Unfortunately, we were accused of leaving pet stains on the Carpet and scuffs on the walls. Make sure you Inspect and report anything in the house that isn’t perfect upon arrival and be sure to clean thoroughly before you checkout or you will not get your deposit back. We have rented different houses in Bethany for the past 8 years and I will not stay here again.

Spring beach trip

Chose to stay at property for a second trip as previous stay went well. Checked into property that was not opened for the season. No internet was connected. Box was not even there to connect. Patio furniture was inside living room. Heat/air was off. Water heater was off. Property was not cleaned! Bugs were in the bathroom. Toilet seat in bathroom of master bedroom was moldy! Place was not even vacuumed. Was in touch with owner who arranged to have internet connected when office opened on the following Monday. In regard to the cleanliness owner offered to come the next day and clean or a refund for the first night. We chose to clean up as we had already brought our belongings onto the property and did not want to use the dirty bathrooms. No refund was given. Currently disputing this now with VRBO as owner will no longer respond to any communication.

September stay

House is terrific, clean, and very comfortable, we were very pleased! We were especially impressed that the owners contacted us on the first morning we were there, having heard that the tub drains were running slow, and indicating that they would like to come by and clear them right away--we had just showered and discovered that to be true, but glad that we did not even have to make a call! Bob came by and we had a very nice chat, and then he took care of both tub drains and was on his way in about 15 minutes. The only minor issue was that the grill is old and somewhat rusty, so it took some thorough scraping for us to feel that it was safely usable; also the outside shower and porch did not appear to have been swept clean for some time. But we took a little time to clean them up and enjoyed the back deck, too. All in all, a very nice stay. Thank you, Carol and Bob!

Wonderful beach house

Very clean and lovely beach house in a nice neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay, the kitchen had everything we needed to make food, and the bedrooms and living space were spacious, bright, and beachy. Would absolutely go back!
