Cette superbe maison entièrement meublée, répartie sur trois niveaux et située dans une impasse, comprend 5 chambres, 4 salles de bains et un garage à deux places. Deux des chambres sont équipées de lits king size, la chambre parentale disposant d’une salle de bains attenante. La maison bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal au cœur de Maple Grove, à proximité des commerces et restaurants d’Arbor Lakes, des sentiers de randonnée, des parcs et des stades. Elle se trouve également à moins de 30 minutes de l’aéroport international MSP et du Mall of America. Le rez-de-chaussée comprend une salle à manger formelle, un coin repas informel, deux salons et des toilettes. L’étage supérieur comprend quatre chambres et deux salles de bains. Wonderful house for family trip! First impression was how clean the property was and the whole family was very impressed with the snack baskets and amenities including bath toiletries. The snack basket had more items than we have could have imagined plus a mini fridge with drinks. Overall one of the best hosted stays we have had. Location was excellent for our purposes and near Elm Creek preserve.Highly recommend this property and owner!

Some areas were not as clean as they should have been. It was hot upstairs- there was a nice window ac but when doors were shut at night the other rooms got really hot. Overall very nice place. Great host

We were happy to accommodate your request for an early check-in during our peak season and worked hard to have the home ready ahead of our normal check-in time. Although we had guests who departed that morning, we still had the home ready 1 hour ahead of the normal check in time and our cleaners worked incredibly hard to make this accommodation for you. We were surprised to hear the concern regarding cleanliness, as nothing was brought to our attention during your stay. Had we known there was an area that needed attention, we would have been happy to address it right away. We still don’t know how we could have improved since the review was your first and only place that you chose to address concerns and the review alao included no addirional details. We also want to clarify that the home's central air-conditioning system is brand new and was professionally installed in June of 2026. It is a large 3 ton unit and cools the home well. We also provide a supplemental window unit in the master bedroom to provide maximum comfort to our guests. We're glad you otherwise enjoyed the home and appreciated us as hosts. Thank you for staying with us.

The property is beautiful and we had a nice time. The only thing that was a slight downside but completely understandable is the hot-tub takes awhile to warm up, so if you want to use it make sure you start it up once you get there. Other then that it was great!

Hello, my name is Janine and I love hosting you and your guests. It has been a absolute pleasure to work in the short term rental industry for the last 10 years. I have experience managing a variety of properties across the northern suburbs of Minneapolis/ St. Paul. I grew up on a dairy farm in southwestern Minnesota and learned the value of hard work at a very young age. I graduated from the University of Minnesota (BS) and Southwest Minnesota State University (MS) with degrees in Business Management and Accounting. I worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture for nearly 15 years before pursuing my dream of being self-employed. I have lived in Maple Grove the last seven years. I love answering guests questions about the area. Maple Grove is an amazing community that is in close proximity of all that the metro has to offer. I enjoy boating, kayaking, and fishing on Fish Lake in Maple Grove. I also enjoy the shopping and fine dining in Arbor Lakes. My family and I also love biking, rollerblading, and playing a round of frisbee golf at the many parks in Maple Grove. My son loves skateboarding and Maple Grove has an amazing skate park next to the Community Center. Our favorite parks are Elm Creek, Fish Lake, Eagle Lake Regional Parks. We also love the playground, lighted splash pad, skating rink, and walking trails, and Central Park in Maple Grove.

This property is close to all of the amenities that the the Minneapolis/ St. Paul area has to offer. It is less than a 40 minute drive to the MSP airport, the Mall of America, ValleyFair, Renaissance Festival, etc. . Although the home is conveniently located to the big city, Maple Grove is an amazing, lovable community in its own right. It is home to Arbor Lakes which boasts both fine dining and retail shopping. Maple Grove also has many award-winning parks like Central Park in the Arbor Lakes area and Elm Creek Park. Side note, If you go to Central Park in the summer you need to check out the lighted splash pad- it is amazing. Elm Creek has many miles of wooded trails, giant playground, and boasts an amazing chlorinated swimming pond during the summer months. There is also a free beach to visit at Fish Lake Regional Park where you can swim and rent kayaks. The Maple Grove Community Center has a indoor pool with waterslide and a mini- outdoor water park during the summer months.

This home is spacious with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There are 2 king sized beds in spacious bedrooms and 3 queen beds. The home has a spacious, partially fenced backyard, a patio dining area, and patio furniture with a gas fire pit. The home also includes a heated massage chair.

The home is great for all types of travelers and it would be our pleasure to host you and your guests.

Maple Grove is a great community with a lot to offer. It is also a very safe community. It is close to all of the things that the city has to offer yet outside of the hustle and bustle of big city life. There is also ultra fast wi-fi, ample free parking, free laundry, and a spacious backyard.
