Welcome to this stunning waterfront property in charming Sarasota.

Nestled in the inviting River Forest community by Phillippi Creek, you will be close to an abundance of activities from shopping, to boating to relaxing on the beach. Walking over to the local restaurants for happy hour or enjoying each other’s company on the back deck as the sun gets ready to set over the skies.

This ranch style home boasts almost 2,700 sqft of living space and spacious back deck and pool area of almost 2,000 sqft. With 4 king bedrooms and 4 baths, all your guests will have comfortable accommodations. An en suite master with a spacious dual head shower, an in-law unit with a small kitchen and separate entry, as well as two additional bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms.

The family room invites for comfortable evenings in front of the TV on rainy days, a game of pool or encourages you to hang out by the kitchen bar for a fabulous social cooking experience together on your vacation.

Outside you may want to relax in the chaise lounges or the pool to work on your Florida tan, try some fishing off the dock, grab a cocktail by the bar or enjoy hours of great conversations by the fire pit. Hidden Gem! Our new favorite place to go!!

First off
you will not want to leave! Andrew is wonderful to work with, communication was great with any questions or needs we had. Amenties are top notch, from the king bed and private bathrooms in each bedroom with everything you need, to the amazing open floor plan with a kitchen stocked with everything you may need, our favorite was the Ninja blender, and the outdoor martini glasses that my husband loved making drinks for us in. The pool and backyard is by far all of our favorite
.its like your own little price of heaven with a heated pool covered dining/kitchen area, grill, lounge chairs, and a fire pit area. You feel like you are secluded in your own little tropical paradise but close to everything! You will not be disappointed at all!! If you’re considering this place

Great place to stay. Located in the middle of everything. Property manager was fantastic to deal with. I recommend to stay here. Would love to go back if available.

Great pool area

This house suited our needs nicely! Great pool area and plenty of space indoors for everyone to spread out. The house is older but has been remodeled nicely. One of the bedrooms has a wall with plaster patches on it
just needs to be painted. The pool table indoors was a huge hit and well as the covered porch with tv outside. We really liked being close to restaurants and the beach. Two things that were not mentioned in the listing or in other reviews: This is the first house in neighborhood off very busy road and thus the road noise is loud when sitting outside. Also the heating of the pool is not included in price
it is $250 for the week.

Best house to date!

This house is the ultimate for a group get away. Glyniss, the property manager, is fantastic and very helpful. From the pool, to the cabana, to the water front house you won’t need anything except food and clothes! This was our second year at this property and we cannot wait to visit again.

Spring Break with family of 8

This property was PERFECT for our group of 8... my wife and I, four of our sons and two of our daughters in law. Four distinct suites provided ample privacy, and amazing community space - indoors and outdoors - provided memories galore. Overlooking the Phillipi Creek, it was a perfect balance of privacy/isolation and close enough to everything we needed. From Publix two blocks down to the Phillipi Creek Oyster Bar (a 5-minute walk) to the Forbidden Tiki Room speakeasy (even closer) to the beautiful beaches of Siesta Key, the location was perfect. The property is every bit as gorgeous as the pictures in the listing. Book with confidence. We definitely will be back!

4 bedrooms, 4 bath, big living area, backyard to die for. Glynis is property manager responding to communications in a minute. Washing machine broke prior to arriving and had new one delivered and used in less than 73 hours and it was Christmas week. Famiky of four couples, all adults enjoyed our vacation immensely. Fully recommend.

Great home for several couples, all bedrooms with separate ensuites

They thought of everything! From a baby stroller which we didn’t need to a pool deck complete with barbecue grill! We used the grill nearly every day! Property manager was fabulous and very responsive!

Beautiful House & Location

House was absolutely beautiful & the location was perfect. Our Host Glynis was sensational. Very accommodating & quick to respond. The Bedrooms were spacious & all had their separate bathrooms. The swimming pool was absolutely beautiful overlooking the water. I can say we experienced our first Hurricane, and we were very fortunate that the path of the Hurricane shifted NW of Sarasota. We could only chuckle....lol. Glynis was on top of her game keeping us posted throughout the ordeal. Would highly recommend booking this property.

The perfect rental house.

We just checked out of the property this morning and I would already like to make another reservation. We had 4 siblings and spouses. There is not one thing that you will need except your own clothes! The house was fully furnished with everything, and then some! From the welcome basket to the excellent property manager it was outstanding. The layout is perfect for everything from start to finish. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Adult Family Vacation

Four adult siblings and spouses,55 plus, stayed at this property recently and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house set up was a perfect set up for us, with our own bathrooms, king beds and TVs in each bedroom. We can't say enough about our host Glynis. She addressed issues we didn't think she'd be able to. She was quick to respond and resolve all issues. Communication was very easy. We enjoyed the location it was a 10 min drive to the beach and lots of great restaurants. We also enjoyed the oyster bar that was within walking distance. The house is fully equipped with what you need, actually has more than you'd need - cabinets are full. We especially loved the outdoor area; pool was great. Only issue was the reception of the outdoor TV it was hard to watch basketball games in the evening and keep up with it. A great find.

Great House!

We were lucky enough to spend 10 days over New Year's at this house. It is just as the pictures show and was perfect for us. It is an open layout large house with 4 bedrooms that are really private sanctuaries, each having their own bathroom. The pool area is a dream! It is so beautiful we were out there from breakfast to way past dinner - watching football on the poolside TV, playing games at the large table, grilling dinner, swimming, etc. We had asked for the pool heat to be turned on, it was and warmed the pool nicely. It is an easy drive to Siesta Key to enjoy the beach as well as to St. Armands circle and all the activity there. We went out to dinner a few times, but spent most nights cooking at the house. The kitchen is the best I have experienced in any VRBO. It has room for many cooks and has every piece of cookware and utensil you could ever need. Glynis was great to work with! When we had questions she was just a text away and always answered within minutes. Thanks for a great stay! I would highly recommend this house for your next Siesta Key vacation.

Fabulous Pool House

Our family of four stayed in this lovely house over the Christmas holidays. Sadly the weather was not optimal. I wish it had been as this is the house you want to be in when the sun is shining to be able to enjoy the stunning pool area. The layout of the house is amazing, so much larger than what we needed but allowed us to spread out and relax. Our saving grace was the pool table that sits just inside outdoor pool deck area. I laugh as we have a pool table at home but since in basement we don’t use it as much as we should, this literally made me think I should me it to main level! Glynis was very receptive to all of our questions, you can tell she loves to make guests happy and comfortable. We were caught up in the Southwest Airlines debacle and Glynis was once again helpful, mailing our sons hat that was left behind. If you are looking for a great home to hunker down and enjoy with your family or even four couples this is a great house for you. We ate out a few nights but also enjoyed grilling out and had everything we needed in kitchen. All beds comfortable, honestly can’t think of anything we needed that house did not have. Thanks again!!

Perfect Home In Great Location!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving week in Sarasota- mainly due to the house! It was the perfect layout for a family with most being adults. Everyone having their own space and bathroom, along with a large common area, was ideal for a full weeks stay. We also utilized the pool table quite a bit since the weather wasn’t the best on a couple of days. The outdoor space was the best though! Watching football, swimming in the heated pool, and fishing out back really made the trip! The proximity to Siesta Key, Downtown Sarasota and other keys was great too since we decided to explore on the cooler days. The pictures do not do this place justice and the communication the duration of the stay was extremely helpful. We would highly recommend this home and might just have to travel back to the area to stay here again!

This property is a Family owned home and is open and spacious. Great for family gatherings. Entertaining here is fun and easy with a huge outdoor pool area with plenty of seating inside and out. Each bedroom is private and offers it's own en suite, which is a very special feature. Centrally located and close to everything. Only 10 minutes from the number one beach in the U.S. Siesta Key. A waterfront property located on the popular Philippi Creek offers a beautiful view. Property manager responds promptly to any and all concerns and questions. We have many returning guests annually because the property is just that special!
