Affectionately named The Ranch House, this 3BR/3BA (plus loft) townhome offers a delightful mountain retreat. Located in the Granby Ranch community, you can walk to the lifts in just minutes! Nearby fishing, hiking, and golfing keep the fun going in warmer months.
Return from a fun-filled day of alpine adventures to unwind in your private hot tub or snuggle up by the backyard firepit. Inside, three stories of stylish mountain decor and plush furnishings ensure a wonderfully comfortable stay.
LIVING AREA
Curl up on the comfy sectional and screen new Netflix releases on the 50â TV with Roku plus over 140 cable channels.
KITCHEN & DINING
Create dishes in the modern kitchen, appointed with an array of helpful gadgets. Start your days with coffee at the kitchen bar for three.
When itâs time to eat, gather around the table for six in the dining area.
BED & BATH
This townhome sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms and a loft area.
A king bed with hotel-quality linens promises restful nights in the primary bedroom. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom boasts a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The third bedroom includes two twin-over-full bunk beds and a TV. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The loft area is furnished with a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Kick back in the shade on Adirondack chairs on the front porch. After a day of mountain fun, soak in your private hot tub on the back porch. The porch also includes a gas firepit with an abundance of comfy seating options.
Barbecue tasty meals on the gas grill and dine alfresco at the table for six on the balcony.
Enjoy access to the nearby Club at Granby Ranch, featuring a hot tub and heated pool (open year-round) for a fee of $10/day per person. Children eight and under are free of charge; access is always subject to availability.
EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS
Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided. Unassigned parking is available in the open community lot on a first-come, first-served basis.
The townhome does not have air-conditioning.
