Ski-In/Ski-Out Mountain Retreat with Pool and Private Indoor Hot Tub

Welcome to our cozy mountain retreat with spectacular views located steps away from Granby Ranch Ski Resort with easy access to Winter Park, Lake Granby, and Rocky Mountain National Park.

This family friendly two-bedroom condo has all the comforts and amenities of home with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and an indoor private hot tub.

Sleeping arrangement

The property has a Master Bedroom on the main floor, with two queen size beds located on the loft. There is also a pull-out queen size bed in the living room. The Master has an ensuite full bath, there is a 3/4 bath on the main floor by the kitchen, and the loft area has a private 3/4 bath as well.

Access

Please note that stairs are required to access the unit. They are kept clean of snow and ice in the winter, and are metal with excellent traction.

Hot Tub

Enjoy relaxing after your fun activities for the day in our private hot tub located just off the living room.

Property Amenities

The property has a heated seasonal pool, tennis courts, horseshoes, and a swing set. There are many grills available for use around the property with picnic tables nearby.

Ski-In/Ski-Out

While you'll have to do a bit of walking to get to the slopes, no driving is necessary. A short walk to the north side of the parking lot will grant you access to the Kicking Horse lift. After short walk past the pool on the south side, you'll find yourself able to ski down the lodge at the base of the mountain.

About the unit

The property should have everything to needs to enjoy your stay. Shampoo, conditioner, soaps, paper products, even coffee — we got you. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils and appliances. The mountain water right from the tap is amazing.

Ski Storage

There is locked ski storage located right outside the unit. Please do not bring skis/snowboards into the condo. Boots are okay to bring in (no one likes cold feet!), but please do not walk around in the unit with your ski boots on.

Perfect location to ski in ski out or short drive to ski parking lot. Plenty of room for our party of 7. Hot tub perfect after skiing. Everything you need for a great stay.

The host was attentive and readily available. We have stayed at Mountanside before and this is my favorite unit so far. Well equipped, conveniently located, clean and comfortable.

We loved our stay here! The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed. The hot tub was such a bonus!The location is great, close enough to town and a short walk gets you to the ski area. The host was fantastic! We got to town the night before we were to check in and he offered us to stay at the condo for a reduced price. Very much appreciated! Whenever we reached out to him with questions he answered very promptly. Shows he cares about his tenants. We look forward to staying here again!!

Fantastic stay at Mountainside!

Very comfortable stay! The day after we arrived, we were so exhausted so we decided to stay in the condo. It was like being at home having a rest day only with AMAZING views out the back window and from the deck!! By the way the windows in the living room are massive! This unit was quiet, clean and very comfortable. Communication with the property owner was friendly and very responsive. Would/will definitely stay here again.

This guest shattered the glass top to our kitchen table. We were understanding, didn't make them feel bad, and worked with the insurance company after their stay instead of bothering them while they were there. They did have an issue with the oven, which was replaced directly after their stay. The rating is unfortunate, as we have a perfect rating through other platforms. We wish Angela the best with her future travels.
