Villa just completed amazing renovations! Check out the new bathrooms, flooring, paint and updated kitchen. All furniture within the unit is BRAND NEW! It is fresh and ready for your next trip! This two-bedroom, two-bath villa enjoys a central location, adjacent to the award-winning Roy Barth Tennis Center, and is a quick walk to the beach, The Sanctuary Hotel, Night Heron Park, and Turtle Point Golf Course. Overlooking a peaceful lagoon, this first-floor unit is built for convenience with an efficient, open floor plan.

The living room features a wet bar and a pair of sliding glass doors that illuminate the space with natural light and provides access to the large screened-in porch for extended living space. The 55-inch Smart TV and Sonos soundbar are perfect for watching the next big game, cuddling up on the couch to a movie, or enjoying your favorite music while you take in the warm breeze and views of the water. You will find board games, card games, puzzles, and reading material for your entertainment while you are taking a break from the beautiful outdoors or to keep you busy on a rainy day. The living room and porch both have overhead fans to keep you cool and overhead lighting so your fun doesn’t have to stop when the sun goes down. The couch is also a queen, pull-out sleeper to accommodate extra guests.

The kitchen has ample cabinetry, a pantry, granite countertops with tile backsplash, stainless appliances, and is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. The adjacent dining space is complete with a custom table with seating for (6) which offers unobstructed views of the lagoon and opens to the living room and the screened-in porch.

The Kiawah Golf Course-themed master bedroom is generous in size. The large windows overlooking the lagoon will ensure your mornings are both scenic and tranquil! Complete with a king-sized bed with brand new mattress, overhead fan, 44-inch Smart TV, and seating area, a restful night is on the horizon. The adjacent attached bathroom has a double vanity with ample overhead lighting. The luxury shower is complete with full shower system that includes an oversized rain shower head and a detachable body sprayer.

The vibrant second bedroom is complete with two double beds (each with a brand new mattress), an overhead fan, 44-inch Smart TV, and a chair to relax and enjoy your favorite book. The adjacent private bath is complete with a tub, shower head, and
detachable body sprayer suited for all ages.

No smoking and No pets allowed. The villa is a 1st floor property but does require a few steps leading up to it. We do offer a pack n play and high chair for guests to use.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar) you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access; Our Local Property Management team is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). If you have the time take a short trip (35 minutes) to Charleston, America's most charming southern City. There you'll find world class dining, shopping, and lots of history to explore.
