Emplacement, emplacement! Profitez de vacances au bord de l'ocĂ©an sur l'Ăźle de Kiawah! Cette mise Ă  jour 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain chalet est idĂ©alement situĂ© au coeur de la plage ouest. La proximitĂ© du marchĂ© de la paille, du centre de tennis et mĂȘme une balade Ă  vĂ©lo loin de Freshfields! La plage est trĂšs proche et n'oublie pas la piscine exclusive seulement pour les clients Greenslake Cottage. C'est juste une courte promenade de 5 minutes!

SituĂ© au 1er trou du golf de Cougar Point, ce chalet est sĂ»r de plaire Ă  tous. En entrant dans le chalet, le salon spacieux vous accueille avec le soleil rayonnant Ă  travers les fenĂȘtres. Le salon comprend un mobilier confortable, une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat, un lecteur DVD et un bureau pour travailler. Le canapĂ© sort pour dormir. Tous les nouveaux planchers de bois franc sont dans les deux chambres et le salon.

La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée et a mis à jour des appareils en acier inoxydable. Il y a un coin repas séparé de la cuisine qui peut accueillir 6 confortablement. Les lumiÚres du ciel ci-dessus seront sûres d'égayer votre matinée et vous avez hùte d'aller dehors. Le porche filtré offre un endroit parfait pour lire un livre ou simplement regarder la faune, le café du matin ou un cocktail en soirée.

La chambre principale a un lit king size, TV à écran plat avec une salle de bains principale privée. Le maßtre dispose également d'un balcon donnant sur le terrain de golf. Quelle façon de se réveiller! La deuxiÚme chambre a des lits jumeaux, télévision à écran plat et un accÚs direct à la salle de bain.

Pour votre commodité, une laveuse et une sécheuse sont inclus ainsi que le WiFi. L'unité accepte les animaux domestiques et accepte un chien d'un poids maximal de 50 lb. Des frais de ménage supplémentaires seront facturés.

Cette propriĂ©tĂ© offre une vue sur le premier trou du Cougar Point Club House, rĂ©cemment rĂ©novïżœïżœ, qui comportera un magasin de golf de premiĂšre classe et un tout nouveau restaurant! Le Club House devrait ouvrir ses portes en juin 2019!

Slice of Heaven

This property is perfect in almost every way! The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has anything and everything you could ever need. The walk to the beach is very doable and there is plenty of space to store all of required beach equipment. Our family enjoyed our time here and would definitely return.

Loved my recent stay as the condo was super clean, well furnished, and the view of Cougar Point was awesome! Also appreciated that I didn't need an Electrical Engineer degree to operate the TV....the instructions were very clear! Ipromptu Getaway

This cottage more than exceeded our expectations! The hosts have the unit equipped with all the necessities and even more than what we needed. It was even nice to receive a personal email from the owners to check in and make certain everything was to our liking. It was just about a 15 minute walk to the beach but that was primarily because the pace was set by a 7 year old. We have typically been HHI beach goers but now are sold on Kiawah and can't wait to return in the future!

Great Stay

Charming condo on hole 1 of Kiawah’s Cougar course. Took us about 8-10 minutes to walk to the beach, the pool is closer to the condo

1205 Flying Squirrel

This was an amazing vacational rental. The entire villa was clean and beautifully decorated with attractive comfortable furniture. It has a terrific view of the golf course with just a short walking distance from the beach. The owner was very kind to check-in to see if we needed anything. I will definitely tell others about this property as well as stay here again!

While we loved being on Kiawah Island for vacation, we found many issues with the 1205 Greenslake property including the following: - overpriced for the greenslake property we actually stayed in and the level of service provided - there were no bedsheets, blankets, or pillows for the pull out couch - the wicker chairs on the back porch were ridiculously shredded on the chair arms which made them uncomfortable and unsightly. - the porches were covered in deep layers of dirt which revealed they had not been pressure washed prior to guest arrival for the summer season. - the bathrooms are extremely outdated and just gross. - we had giant roaches in the house while there even though we kept the home clean and locked up at all times. - the doors to the back porch were so outdated and hard to open that it hurt our wrists to open them. This is also a safety hazard if guests need to leave the house due to fire. My 4 year old could not open the back porch doors or the front doors which means she would be stuck in the house in the case of fire. Very unsafe. - kitchen pans and knives were highly inadequate. We could not cook with the pans because everything burned even on low heat and the knives are a safety hazard. - master bathroom door very hard to open - the BBQ grill has very little heat so it took a long time to grill any food. - electric receptacles in walls are old and all items plugged in fall out. - no ice maker in fridge, and the list goes on..

Perfect Kiawah Cottage

This was the perfect cottage for our family. Very clean, great location, and very easy check-in. We loved sitting on the screen porch each morning a watching the golfers. We're already missing the daily bike rides and relaxing on the beach!

Great location amazing condo

The overall stay was great. Condo is about 5 minutes from the entry gates of Kiawah. My children enjoyed watching golfers tee off out the back. We even took the kids over to the putting and chipping green every night at sunset! The only complaint is the house doesn’t provide entry to the Night Heron Pool. Next time we visit Kiawah we will look for a house that comes with the Governors Pass which allows access and discounts at all the Kiawah resort dining options. Overall great for a family of 4.

Great cottage and location!

We lived this unit. Clean, nicely appointed and wonderful kitchen with every appliance one needs. We loved the screened porch overlooking the Cougar Point first hole. Convenient location to Freshfields. Only complaint was we had to buy all paper products, Saran Wrap, baggies, spices, etc.. We find it nice to have a few of these items on hand.

The Perfect Cozy Cottage

This property was just as described and it was perfect for my friend and I to enjoy a girls' weekend! We loved drinking our coffee on the back porch in the mornings and a glass of wine in the afternoons! The location was excellent as we were able to ride our bikes to the beach and to restaurants for lunch!

Perfect get away

This is a beautiful cottage with everything you need. My husband loved watching the golfers every morning. We took long bike rides, went to the beach and just relaxed! Maybe just a tad far to walk to the beach but we worked around that.

Best vacation

We love Kiawah and this little cottage we stayed in was just perfect for my family of four. I traveled with my husband and two daughters (4 yo and 8 months). The place was clean and very comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach and pool everyday. Will definitely go back!

Perfect little hideaway in wonderful condition and so comfy!

The property was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay! A little too West Beach for us, but we biked and walked plenty! Sweetgrass was responsive, but sent workman to our house without our permission and ended up being incorrect address! No gate pass was sent, but we rectified it quickly! All was perfectly organized and tidy in home! Some of the closets and drawers had clutter, but we made do! Clean, comfy, and basically a wonderful experience!

Location and screened in porch were great! Bathrooms and porches need some TLC

Overall property is nice, location and porch view are great! More attention needs to be given to cleaning all porch area, lots of cobwebs and leaves. Bathtub did not drain well, when you showered you were ankle deep in water.
