The condo is nestled in a beautiful, quiet condo complex. Everything within the condo was consistent with the listing. The beds were very comfortable, with ample pillows. We would absolutely go back.

Nicely furnished but some items need refurbishing, maintenance or replacement.

We loved the location and proximity to restaurants and businesses. Sadly the condo is rather dated, particularly in the kitchen where the cabinets and appliances appear to be from the 1970's. Light bulb missing in the light over the bathroom and the light over the kitchen sink should be replaced. The yard coming into the condo has weeds and is rutted and overgrown. The steps going up to the front door are most likely from the 70's as well. They look pretty bad and possibly a safety concern. The paint and drywall in the bathroom ceiling over the shower is flaking off. These are all relatively easy fixes that would make this a 5 star visit.

Highly recommend! Best owners!

In short, these are the best VRBO owners I've ever worked with! Their customer service is second to none. I highly recommend you staying with them. This past weekend they went above and beyond in helping us address some unforeseen, weather related issues. If future plans ever have me in the Birmingham area again, I will definitely try first to stay at their place!

Great property! If I'm being picky I would say to add at least a box of Kleenex. Also, I have been spoiled by others southern hospitality in that they leave snacks/water for their guests.

Great location in Birmingham!

We stopped here on our way to Florida and really loved the comfortable beds and convenient location to restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Birmingham!

Thank you. Perfect for my son and I during our week of baseball.

The location is perfect, lots of stuff to do right around it. The neighborhood/townhomes are nice. Great value proposition given the fact that they have a washer and dryer and dishwasher. The bedrooms are nice, and the beds are comfortable. Not a big place but was perfect for my son and I during a week for a baseball tournament - 20 minutes away. Any issues we had, the owners addressed fairly quickly. We would stay here again if we were to do another tournament In the Birmingham area. Thanks!
