Imagine how your vacation attitude will improve once you arrive at Latitude Adjustment as your beach vacation home! Located in the Villages at Ocean Hill community, it is a short walk (1800 feet) to the Tasman Drive beach access. If preferred, you can park in the small neighborhood parking lot just down the street near this beach access too. [Note: no dogs or other animals are allowed in this home.]

TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room has a large flat-screen TV to enjoy watching your favorite programs or admiring the beautiful views from the wraparound decks with panoramic vistas of the surrounding neighborhood and ocean. The dining area seats 8 and the kitchen bar counter seats 4-8 more persons if needed. The large kitchen is well-stocked and has plenty of counter space for the family “chefs”. A half bath is located near the kitchen. The first of 3 King Master Suites is located on this level with deck access to the back of the house; it has a shower/tub combo in its master bath. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

MID LEVEL:
There are 4 bedrooms on the level: the second King Master Suite has a shower/tub combo for its master bath. Next there's a Queen Jr. Master Suite which has deck access and new furniture. It has a semi-private bath that is shared with the other 2 bedrooms: one bedroom has 2 Twin beds and the other has 2 Bunk Bed Sets for children.

GROUND LEVEL:
A large game room is available with a Pool table with a large flat-screen TV. There is a full-size refrigerator available and small kitchenette. Just outdoors, enjoy the large private pool (14' x 26') is available and a hot tub. There is parking for 4-5 vehicles.

EXTRAS:
This home is located near the Villages at Ocean community playground and basketball and volleyball courts. There is a limit of 6 rental guests (at this property) who can use any resort amenities at one time including the 2 community pools (one by the ocean and the other by the Fitness Center). There is fee to use either the VOH Fitness Center and the pickleball/tennis courts which is also limited to 6 users. Guests will have a pass for ONE vehicle to park at the community amenities that has an oceanside parking lot, access to Sharkey's, a full-service snack bar with bathrooms located by the beach boardwalk where you may choose to beachcomb, sun, swim or stroll on the pristine beaches of Corolla.
