Great stay in cozy apt

Full apartment that was planned perfectly. All the amenities are there and it was so quiet. Would be easy to call it home for multiple night or even longer.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay. Richard's place was exceptionally clean, well decorated and cozy. It is situated well off the main road, so it's very quiet. The bed is very comfortable and there are plenty of extra blankets (and towels). It was our first time in the area (which we loved) and our stay here made it special. Thanks Richard.

Superb use of space. We love the clever repurposing of doors to make partitions between the bedroom, dining and living room. Tastefully furnished and clean - we appreciated how wall deco depicted photographs of Chichester's past. Kitchen was well-equipped and ample room in the bathroom.

Home Away From Home

We needed a comfortable place to stay for a month and this looked perfect from the listing. It was perfect in person too! There is plenty of room, each space being well thought out, it’s clean, and there’s an ac unit too which we only used a few days. The setting is perfect too, private, nice patio for coffee and a book, and beautiful trees around. The owner is nearby for any help and he is quick to respond and he is so kind. We hope we can stay there again in the future!

Quiet, well-appointed apartment

Really enjoyed this apartment. Loved the divider made from older doors. It had everything you could need for a stay in the area. The kitchen and bathroom were well laid out and even included a stacked washer and dryer. The framed photos of old buildings were wonderful. A lot of effort went into decorating the spaces to make a guest feel like they were in a comfy home. It was easier to find and convenient to visiting my relatives in the area.

Cute place!

This basement apartment had everything we needed for a one night stay. Richard has everything you need for an extended stay. Plenty of towels, comfy bed, a/c window unit (we didn’t need it because it stayed cool), washer/dryer, etc. Pictures are accurate. We even enjoyed sitting outside I. The grassy picnic area. Nice hidden gem. We stayed here to fly out of Manchester, which was only 30 mins away.

Our stay was fine. Arelaxing atmosphere.

Creatively decorated. Comfortable bed. Glad to have washer/dryer. We think that the washer has a problem with gears but it worked while we were there. Apartment needs a dehumidifier, screen door & more light in living room. .

Well stocked apartment for month long stay

We spent a month here while between leases and apartment was clean, cute, and well stocked with everything needed for the stay, host was helpful and prompt with responses when we had questions!

Interesting basement suite in a rural area. Secluded and quiet with large yard. Unique design tastefully decorated with antique furniture and room dividers.comes equipped with everything needed for an extended stay. Owner attentive and personable. Would go back for another month.
