An impressive stone fireplace in the living room flanked by comfortable couches sets an inviting scene.  The chef’s kitchen and 10 seat dining table promise nights filled with delicious meals and warm conversations.

This 7 bedroom 9 bathroom 10,453 square foot home has room for all your family and friends. Plus, the entertainment space is swoon-worthy. Kick back in the theater room, complete with a brand-new sound system for a truly immersive experience. It’s located right next to the lower level living space with a pool table, bar, and 1,155 bottle wine cellar.

As for the 7 spacious bedrooms, each has a private en suite bathroom. Bear Lodge is easily able to accommodate up to 16 guests.

Convenience Features

Ski-in and ski-out via the access trail just 100 meters from the back door. All gear fits easily in the ski and snowboard storage area. This property is an excellent choice in the spring, summer, and falls months, too. Why? The direct ski access from the winter turns into direct hiking and mountain biking access as soon as the snow melts!

All walkways, patios, and decks are heated so no one slips or slides in winter weather.

A 3 car garage and ample space for cars in the driveway means everyone can bring a vehicle. There are also dual washers and dryers.

Rental Agreement

All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Vail Butler in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email.

Check In Instructions:

Check in instructions and/or a home guide will be sent to guests via a text message link 72 and 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests must ensure a valid cell phone number is on file. Otherwise, check in instructions will not be received.
