Come kick back and relax in our spacious double level. Amazing views abound of Mt. Hood and the Columbia Gorge. Relax in the outdoor living space or venture out to all the recreational havens the gorge has to offer. Be sure to catch at least one sunset they are breathtaking!

Spacious 4 bedroom house with 3.5 baths. This house has the ability to host multiple or large families. Two large king bedrooms downstairs with a living space and kitchenette. One queen and one twin (trundle) bedrooms upstairs with main kitchen and living space. Large deck upstairs with outdoor couches and dining table. Large fenced back yard perfect for your four legged friends. The back yard also has seating and a propane fueled fire pit.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Dalles bridge is scheduled for deck replacement between Labor Day 2021 and Memorial Day 2022. This will result in weekend closures as detailed in the link below. 8pm Thursdays through 6am Mondays.
Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year holidays the bridge will be open. More information available on the ODOT website.

This house is situated in the Columbia River Gorge and known for high winds and heat in the Summer.

Beautiful house

We absolutely LOVED this stay! Has an amazing view and so much room for everyone to hangout. We would recommend this Vrbo to anyone! SO CLEAN!

Gorgeous View!

We loved staying in this house. The setup worked well for me and my 3 sisters. Loved seeing the view of Mt Hood and the Columbia River! We also really enjoyed going to the close by farm that has zebras, giraffes, camels, and more. This house isn’t far from a bridge to cross over and go to The Dalles and also Hood River. Beautiful area to visit!

Amazing family vacation rental

The home itself is amazing and family friendly including your fur babies! The views from the house are great and kids loved playing in their room. The hosts are very awesome as well. They were easy to communicate and answered all of our questions. We accidentally left an item behind and they personally met us to return the item so we didn’t have to come all the way back to the house! 10/10 I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a nice family get away.

Beautiful Home!

We stayed here for a quick visit with family. We had 6 adults, 3 kids and 2 dogs. The house was exactly as described. Owners were very responsive and offered much assistance. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and great. The backyard was awesome and we all enjoyed the fire pit. Honestly we all wished we were staying much longer. And the views of Mount Hood and the Columbia River cannot be beat. We lock forward to another (longer) trip!

Well appointed multi-family stay

Spacious and open E+H House fulfilled all our needs for our multi-family stay on the Columbia River. The house is clean and organized and well equipped to handle 4 adults and 5 kids. We split the upper and lower levels of the house between the 2 families. Cooking in the kitchen was a breeze and made it easy for the whole lot of us to gather. Plus the view of Mt. Hood is really quite spectacular. While a bit outside of the Hood River action, it’s an accessible drive across the river to waterfall chasing and river access. The Dalles is a short drive away for picking up groceries and essentials. We spent a lovely day at the Columbia Hills Historical State Park just down the way as well.

Views can't be beat!

We loved our time in this home. The views of Mt. Hood and the Columbia River Gorge were stunning and ever changing with the light. The home was very clean and appeared to be recently renovated. The finishes were all very nice. We did lots of cooking in the kitchen and it had most of what we needed. One great thing is the FOUR bedrooms and lots of bathrooms. This was perfect for our extended-family vacation because everyone had the personal space they needed as well as the large living room/kitchen/dining room area. This is a great home base for exploring the eastern end of the gorge. Some activities we enjoyed/recommend: the Goldendale Observatory, Maryhill Museum, Jacob Williams Winery (amazing views), Columbia Hills State Park, Catherine Creek for hiking, Sorosis Park in the Dalles, The Columbia Gorge Discovery Center, Hood River, etc. Oh, yeah, and be sure to drive up the driveway at Schreiner Farms just east of the property (free) to check out the exotic animals (bison, zebras, camels, etc).
