Unbeatable Views and Outdoor Living - Step onto the wraparound decks spanning both levels and take in breathtaking views of the Gulf and Alabama’s famous sunsets. Thoughtfully furnished with upgraded Polywood deck furniture, these spacious outdoor areas are perfect for:

• Enjoying a peaceful evening as the sun sets

The lower deck features a secure gate, providing peace of mind for families with young children. With beach access just across the street, getting to and from the sand is simple and convenient.

Spacious and Thoughtfully Designed Interior - Inside, the upgraded finishes and open-concept layout create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The large round dining table, paired with additional bar seating, makes mealtime effortless, while the spacious and cozy living room invites you to unwind after a fun-filled day.

For larger groups, a second living space on the upper level with its own deck access provides additional room to spread out and relax.

A guest favorite is the upper deck at sunset, offering some of the best views in Morgantown.

Sleeping Arrangements and Amenities - Fair Winds comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests without the need for sofa beds.

First Level:
• Primary suite with king bed and private en suite bath
• Spacious laundry room with a second refrigerator for added convenience
• Built-in entry bench with storage for keys, beach hats, and other essentials

Upper Level:
• King suite with en suite bath

• Second king suite with en suite bath
• Bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds
• Second bunk room with one twin-over-twin and one twin-over-full bunk bed
• The bunk rooms share a hall bath with a private tub area and double vanity
• Pack and play available for guest use, but please bring your own crib sheets

• Enclosed outdoor shower with hot water, perfect for rinsing off after the beach
• Two refrigerators to keep drinks and snacks stocked
• New (in 2025) gas grill. Guest responsible for refill if tank is empty

Located just fifteen miles from Gulf Shores, this home offers easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Essentials can be found at Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market, both just a short drive away.

For dining, nearby restaurants include Tacky Jack’s, Sassy Bass, Coast and Jesse’s. Some venues also offer live music and entertainment.

For those who love to fish, the Fort Morgan Fishing Pier is now open, providing easy access to inshore fishing and a variety of local species.
