This is my second stay here. Great location! Easily can walk to everywhere in town we wanted to go. Home is just as described and the host is wonderful at communicating.

We loved our stay at this house. It was the perfect place for a weekend getaway to the Lake City/Red Wing area. It is just as stated in the description - so close to the lake and restaurants/shops downtown. We would definitely book again! Thanks so much!

Charming stay

The property was very charming, modern, and clean. Very close to shops and restaurants and the lake. The only downside is that this is a duplex, so the creaking of the stairs and upper floors, as well as tv and music, could be heard loudly from the neighbor. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Lake city get-away

This property was an old home totally renovated and modernized. Everything was provided including coffee, towels, shampoo, soaps and cleaning products, fully furnished kitchen, and more. The location couldn’t have been more perfect being close to the lake, shops, and restaurants.

Home away from home

Clean, comfortable, cozy! Had Everything we needed for the weekend and more. Wish we could have stayed longer. Lots of space, perfect for a few adults and/or kids. Was exactly like the listing. The best cafe right across the street!

Matchbox 20 or bust

Lovely stay in Lake City. In the area for Matchbox 20 concert at Treasure Island that we purchased tickets for in 2019. Location was so convenient to bars and restaraunts. Home was well equipped, clean and newly updated.

Great Girls Weekend Retreat!

What a cute townhouse! My sister and I took our mom and aunt on a girls weekend! The house was fully stocked with everything you would need and including games, outside chairs a large table for cards, a kitchen with everything one would need! It is in walking distance to the marina and shopping! Thank you for adding the little touches to the rental!

House was nicely decorated but did need a little TLC. Several window screens had holes and stairs were very noisy . The stairs in other side of duplex were also noisy.

Good location

Solid little house close to the marina and park. Coffee shop etc. within walking distance. Cons: - Unfortunately it is a duplex so you share a wall with neighbors. We had loud music past 10 pm and our entire house smelled very strong like weed the entire time. We jokingly started calling it the “Pot House”. Not exactly fun when you’re on vacation with little kids. - It’s an older home so it’s quite creaky and hard for people who are very tall, especially the stairs. - Upstairs bedrooms get hot and stuffy in the summer - Cleanliness was hit or miss. We found an old pacifier under the couch, I went to use a blanket from the couch and it had dried puke on it or something. The white duvet upstairs had a slight stain on it. Pros: - Good size, good location, has all the amenities you would need. - Tastefully updated and decorated - Beds & pillows were very comfortable
