The Space
There are total of five bedrooms and three bathrooms located in the house. The space could accommodate up to 13 people, air conditioned and heating, washer/dryer in unit.
A total of five bedrooms:
-Bedroom#1 is the master bedroom, which has two queen size beds, with ultra comfortable mattresses, TV, walk-in closet/kid's playroom, and full bathroom with a private tube and a stand alone shower.
-Bedrooms#2, #3, and #4 have queen-size beds, comfortable mattress, closet and hangers.
-Bedroom#5 is located on the first floor, with a queen size bed, there's a shower on the first floor as well.
Other things to note:
-Family friendly amenities such as high chair, kid's climbing structure. Crib and pack n’play also available on request.
-Fully fenced yard, deck and comfortable outdoor furniture.
-Kid's playroom with puzzles and teepee.
-Bathrooms with all drawers available for you.
-Tastefully decorated living and dinning, with a flameless inviting and safe fireplace.
-Large windows and tall ceilings.
-High speed internet 600mbp/s.
-Designated work space.
-Fully fenced backyard.
-2 TV upstairs&downstairs.

Parking on the street side of the home is Prohibited. if cars are parked on no parking side of road. guest will be responsible for any fees resulting from improper parking. Neighbors are great at looking for infractions. please let all additional guest with vehicles to be aware parking arrangements.
