*There is no additional charge for the hot tub. Refunds, discounts or compensations will not be made in the event the hot tub is not working during your stay.
*The hot tub is available for your pleasure.
* No food or beverages in the hot tub.
*Follow all posted precautions. Use is at your own risk.
*Do not leave children unsupervised at any time.
*Please do not use glassware or breakables at the hot tub. Plastic or paper only.
*A $500.00 fee will be assessed to drain and refill the hot tub due to glass breakage in the hot tub. *After use, please put hot tub cover back on and secure in place.
PRE CHECKOUT REMINDERS
*Please sign out of all personal streaming apps you may have logged into (such as Netflix)
*Remove all garbage and perishable items from the home. We ask that you kindly break down any boxes and make every effort to place all garbage and recycling in the provided bins.
*Please bag all trash including recyclables.
**Excessive garbage requiring private service for removal will result in a $75 fee**
*Ensure that all doors and windows are locked. All shades are drawn.
