We have hosted many happy guests at Kite Beach Condos and take pride in providing clean, comfortable stays and responsive communication.

Ground-floor beachfront condo just 15 steps from the sand on world-famous Kite Beach.

Step from your private patio directly to the pool, deck, and ocean with no stairs or roads to cross — one of the easiest walk-out locations on Kite Beach. High-speed (200 Mbps) Wi-Fi extends throughout the patio, pool, and beach areas. Guests may borrow quality kiteboards at no cost.

Perfect for kiters, families, and remote workers who want immediate beach access with modern comforts.

The Space
The condo features a bright open layout with powerful air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, Internet TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. Designed for comfort and convenience, it works equally well for beach holidays, kite trips, or remote work stays.

Great Stay at Kite Beach!

Great location, one of the best spots at Kite Beach. Close to the beach, restaurant and pool. Mark was a great host and very responsive. Would stay again.

Right at the beach

This room is about as close as you can get to being on the beach. Next to pool and cafe yet very quiet. Mark is super responsive.

Mark is hands down the best host we have ever had on VRBO or any other platform like this, he is amazing.Let me start by mentioning that he owns several units in the complex so he is worth messeging if you dont see something open,. We actually went down for 2 weeks just my wife and I and 3 of our kids came down to visit for a week, Mark moved us to one of his larger units to give us more space. He is on site 6 months of the year and consistantly was checking to see if we needed anything. He has been in this area for years and is a fountain of information from places to go, transportation, where to find things, best host we have ever had.The property is very quaint and very freindly, we made a lot of new friends. There is a great restaurant / Sushi place on premise, and it is right in the middle of kite beach, nightly entertainment watching the kite surfers. Great location. Liquor store is right next door, Grocery is 5 minutes away, ther is a taxi stand right out front, or the local bus stops right out front every 5 or 10 minutes, so .50 cent rides to town, or to Sosua, very easy to get around.The beach is spectacular sand beach about 1.6 miles long, I would walk it every moring and maybe see 3 or 4 people on the beach during the whole walk.Town is a very safe, quaint old Dominican town, no high rise all inclusives its the real old dominican experience,We will back down there soon and Mark will be our first call.Loved this place

Super Condo on Kite Beach

Great location - steps to Kite Beach. Perfect for launching/landing kites, or for those who just want to watch the action. The condo is well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Beds are super comfy, nice furnishings. The wifi was fast and rock solid. We had no issues with video conferencing, netflix, etc. The complex is nice. It has a good vibe. Friendly - but not a wild party town. Quiet and easy to sleep at night. Felt very safe. AC works well - but we almost never needed it as there was always a nice breeze from the beach. Would definitely stay again. Mark and Yesenia were great hosts.
