The Gulf view and the access to the beach is amazing
cannot be beat! I also loved that we could walk to the Green Flash for fantastic food and drinks (with a view). If I were to note any improvements, there was a Kurig coffee maker with no pods. The regular coffee pot did not have any filters. Overall a fantastic stay!

Awesome, great location and Accommodations!

We loved the location and property manager was great. Great view, right on the water, and very clean and spacious condo. Really looking forward to another trip to Captiva and first choice would be the same unit.

Not the same...

Not the same experience as previous years. This is our third stay here.When we checked in, we noticed the bed was OUTRAGEOUSLY high. Like 40" off the floor. I literally had to get a dining chair to get into bed. Not sure how an older person could safely get in and out of bed. The couch in the living room is broken. The frame across the back is completely broken and collapsing making the couch very uncomfortable. We ended up sitting in the desk chairs the entire week. We were given TWO bath towels. One for each of us. For a week. Had to ask for more which just annoyed me. We got stuck in the parking area because the parking lot was deep uncompacted sand. Getting stuck TWICE (even in a Jeep Rubicon) was not a great way to start the vacation. The ice machine previously there is gone and we were only given ONE tiny ice cube tray to make ice. The washer and dryer were not working. Had to ask them to get it repaired. For two solid days there was heavy equipment (dump trucks) running up/down the beach making it impossible to sit there. We ended up driving to Ft Meyers for the day and to stop at a laundromat.Actually... the beach is CLOSED. there are signs right at the unit stating Beach Closed.It wasn't great. For the amount of money we paid it was disappointing. Doubt we will be back which is sad as we love the peacefulness of Captiva.
