AMENITIES:
-The home is also equipped with Wifi, several games, a Keurig coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, air conditioning/heat and much more!
-The apartment has it's own thermostat for temperature controls.
LOCATION:
This property is in a great vicinity to all that Atlantic City has to offer! Practically beachside, you can enjoy the sun and ocean, stroll the boardwalk and piers, visit eateries and bars, gamble at the nearby Casinos and shop till you drop at the Tanger Outlets.
ACCESS & ENTRY:
-Guests will have access to the entire upstairs apartment.
-This apartment is the upper floor of a duplex.
-The lower level guests share the same front entry, but each apartment has its own separate entrance.
Since this is a duplex, attached property close to the Boardwalk, there is the potential for noise. You may hear neighbors or people walking from the Boardwalk.
-Please be respectful to the neighbors, other guests, and the surrounding homes and businesses.
-Please note that check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM. Failure to check out by this time may result in a $100 fee per hour.
KEYLESS ENTRY:
There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.
PARKING:
-There is only on street parking at this property.
-There is no driveway or designated parking area.
-You will be provided with 1 residential parking permit to use in areas that have time restricted parking signage.
-$100 fee for unreturned parking permits upon check out.
-We strive to provide parking permits for our guests' convenience; however, please note that availability is limited.
-Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets.
-We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence.
ADDITIONAL PARKING:
-For extra vehicles, there are several paid parking lots and meters in the area, and we will provide you with information regarding using the lots with your check-in information.
-There is also a parking garage at Stockton University on Atlantic Avenue.

Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly.

As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly.
