Roomy living areas, centrally located. House was well supplied with bathroom and laundry amenities, coffee, water bottles, and kitchen condiments. Prince was very easy to communicate with! Beds are VERY comfy!

Stayed here with my family (husband, dad, & uncle), and it was absolutely perfect. Very quiet & safe neighborhood. We each had out own room. Kitchen was spacious & came with dishes/cookware, beds were comfortable, house had wifi, & the back patio was nice & shaded. The host, Prince, was super responsive & very accomodating for our early check-in.

The house is very nice, it is dated but nice. Although the house was generally pretty clean there were a lot of long black hairs all over the bathroom floors.

We were in town for the Simmons Bank PGA Champions tournament, the location was great. Comfy beds, clean house.

Great Hosts!

My wife recently had surgery in Little Rock and we needed a place to stay for a week. We lucked upon this property and host. It's fairly priced, very clean and the owners were so helpful during our stay we'd definitely stay here again! Very accommodating and friendly people!

Top place to stay in west Little Rock

This property exceeded our expectations. It is beyond comfortable - the leather couches in the family room are so plush and luxurious. The huge big screen TV in the family room over the fireplace would have gotten more use had we had more time at this property. The property manager anticipates all needs of the residents - in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. TVs in every bedroom, large beds in every bedroom, ample supplies, utensils, cookware in the kitchen. We appreciated the easy ingress and garage parking in the frigid weather in January when we came in for my Mom's 90th birthday party. We will definitely stay here again where there is the opportunity.

Spacious Comfortable House in Great Location

This house was perfect for our family, and very near where we needed to be in Little Rock. The house is very clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The kitchen is large and well equipped, and is right off the attached garage making it perfect for bringing in groceries. The floor plan is great with the kitchen on the opposite side of the house from the bedrooms, so that you can’t hear anyone in the kitchen from the bedrooms. There are essentially 2 living rooms, a formal living room in the front connected with the dining room, and a very comfortable family room in the back with a huge high definition television. Both connect to the kitchen on one side and the hallway to the bedrooms on the other side. The bathrooms are clean and the water pressure is great. There’s even a nice elevated deck off the back of the house, up in the treetops, with a table and chairs (cushions are in the large storage bin on the deck), and our grandson found a large turtle in the backyard (of course we left him/her there and were even able to find it again the next day in a different location). The front door key pad is very easy to use, and we came and went through the attached garage most of the time, with the convenience of the remote garage door opener provided (don’t forget to take it out of your car when you check out 😁).

Great Stay!

This is a lovely home and very spacious. All 3 bedrooms are a great size with extremely comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equipped and served our family of 4 perfectly. Loved having breakfast on the balcony amongst the pines. The home is on a corner lot which made for easy parking for 2 large cars off the main road. Prince, the home owner, was a delight to work and communicate with. He was very responsive to any messages and questions we had. Would definitely recommend this home to others!
