I wish you had let me know so I could address those issues. Had I been made aware I could have immediatly taken care of it and gotten you new sheets and compensation for your inconvience. I ask to be made aware of any issues on my check in information that I send to guests so I can address any issues with my cleaning crew..I can not fix a problem I don't know one exists and I can not always get there to inspect between guests that is why I ask guests to immediatly let me know when something is wrong. I am mortified that the sheets looked that bad..Also if I had known I could have offered multiple options to make up for your inconvience but you never gave me the opportunity to correct anything. As for the dead bugs I have monthly pest control come out and spray as we are in the woods and I don't always get prior knowledge of them coming (which I have asked for) they come early to spray. They had just come right before your stay and I didn't get the notification/bill until afterwards so I wasn't able to give you any warnings about that. I have asked that they let me know prior to coming so I can let guests know that they could see some dead bugs. As for the trash we have a neighbor who keeps using our trash can I don't know why we just discovered this in early September. I have talked to them and asked them not to do that and thought they had stopped as the trash is taken off after every check out. AGAIN if you had let me know I could have had someone come and pick it up immediatly b/c a full can that won't close is a hazard that could attrack animals. I would very much appreicate the opportunity to host you again to see if we can better meet your expecatations if you are willing to discuss with me what it would take to gain your confidence back.
