Dogs are allowed at no additional cost. Fees will only be charged if damage occurs. Pets must be potty trained to go outside, no pee-pads.

If guests are found to have a party with guest exceeding the 7 max guest limit, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of $300 and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund. No parties, loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises.
