Great space for friends and family vacation

House was beautiful and clean. Great communication with host, friendly and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful house and host

What a comfortable, clean and spacious house. Kartik is an excellent host with responsive and helpful communication. The house was spotless, the beds very comfortable, and the kitchen was very well equipped (better than my kitchen!). The hidden plus is access to a lake and its amenities such as a pool, kayaks, sand beach, pickle ball and tennis for free!! The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The bedrooms were spacious and the upstairs bathroom accessible to all bedrooms. Everything was so clean and well maintained. The patio has a place to eat outside for grilling. A very comfortable house with all you need. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. A great VRBO.

Well kept community amenities

Plenty of room for a large family with an oversized living/family room. The kitchen was recently redone and is beautiful, however, it could do with a few (minor) things like an extra set of silverware (- only enough for 1 meal), a BBQ sauce brush, and some plastic containers to store leftovers. There is limited cabinet space so an extra side table in the dining room would come in handy to store supplies. Plenty of room outside to entertain but we couldn't figure how to get the umbrella to stay up. The owner was very attentive and responded quickly to our questions. The beds, linens, and towels were comfortable. The community facilities were well-maintained and fully staffed. The pool is wonderful and in walking distance. A plus was the poolside snack bar and a large playground for kids. The golf course was beautiful. We would visit again.

Lisa, thanks for your review and the suggestions, we will definitely address those before your next visit! The umbrella lever was damaged recently, but there was a small tool to keep it open (an L shaped handle) when inserted into the slot after opening the umbrella. A quick check with me would have been so helpful for your stay! Also, we did have a dozen or so containers for storing food, I will do an inventory of what's currently available for guests. The summer has been very busy and a full inventory after each guest was not possible to replenish in time. We look forward to your return trip! Have a great rest of the summer. Best, Kartik
