The Space:

Escape to the heart of the Pocono Mountains and immerse yourself in the comfort of our spacious, family-friendly retreat. Perfectly nestled in the gated Penn Estates community, our 5-bedroom, 3-bath haven accommodates up to 12 guests, making it ideal for group getaways or family vacations. Pets are welcome, too, ensuring no one is left behind!



Delight in many amenities, including two pools, playgrounds, athletic fields, and a serene lake beach just a short walk away. The home itself boasts a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ grill for al fresco dining, cozy darkening shades for restful sleep, and, from Memorial Day to Labor Day, a shared swimming pool to cool off during those warm summer days. Soaking in your private hot tub under the stars is a memory you'll never forget! The outdoor space has a dining area, hammock, and wood firepit, inviting you to relax and enjoy nature's tranquility.



Stay connected with wireless internet, or compete with billiards, ping-pong, and an outdoor playground. For those who love to explore, bikes or scooters will serve you well in this community, which is rich with activities and wildlife sightings, from deer to the occasional fox.

2nd Floor:

Bedroom 1: This is the master bedroom with a king bed, air conditioning, and a full bathroom ensuite. Connected to the master bedroom is a second bedroom with a queen bed. In the closet, a pack-and-play is available for your use; just bring your own sheets.

1st Floor:

Bedroom 5: This bedroom is directly to the left of the front door. Inside, it has a queen bed and a dedicated workstation.



Kitchen: Fully appointed with all the pots, pans, plates, bowls, cutlery, a full knife set, and all the glassware you could need. You'll also find a dual coffee brewer and Keurig maker. We provide Keurig pods, cream, and sugar! You'll also find a blender, microwave, and oven.



Dining Room: Seating for 8, plus a high chair for the littlest member of your crew!



Living Room: The 50" TV and the couches have tons of pillows and blankets to stay cozy! The fireplace is not available for use, but battery-operated candles provide a nice warm touch for cool evenings!



Game Room: This room has ping pong, darts, and air hockey, as well as a 50" smart TV!



Outside: A firepit and propane grill with tools await you! If you plan on using the fire pit, you can purchase wood at many local stores in the area! Additionally, there's a patio set with seating for four right outside the back door. Down the stairs from the back deck, you'll find your private hot tub, ready for relaxing nights and time with friends and family.

Shawnee Mountain Ski Area - Enjoy skiing, snowboarding, and tubing in the winter. Approximately 10 minutes drive.

Bushkill Falls—Known as the "Niagara of Pennsylvania," it features beautiful waterfalls and hiking trails. It is approximately 25 minutes' drive.

Pocono TreeVentures - Adventure park offering zip lines and ropes courses. Approximately 10 minutes drive.

Adventure Sports is an outdoor adventure center offering activities like rafting, kayaking, and biking. It is approximately 15 minutes away.

With the exception of 2 owners' closets, you'll have access to the entire home.

Welcome to Penn Estates, a gated community offering round-the-clock security for your peace of mind. Our neighborhood boasts many amenities, including playgrounds, volleyball and soccer fields, basketball courts, and not one but two swimming pools, plus a kiddie pool for the little ones. Dive into the refreshing lake with its inviting beach right across the street. Nature enthusiasts will delight in our tranquil surroundings, often graced by deer and other wildlife sightings. Please note that guests are asked to sign our short-term rental contract three days before check-in. Experience the best of Penn Estates, where relaxation and recreation await you.



Getting Around:

Getting around is a breeze at our Pocono Mountains retreat. You can easily bring your entire group along with parking space for up to four cars in the driveway. Most amenities within the gated Penn Estates community are just a short walk or bike ride away, making it convenient to access playgrounds, sports facilities, swimming pools, and more. Guests are encouraged to bring scooters or bikes to explore the community, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts of all ages.



Other Things to Note:

We’re so excited to welcome you to our home in the serene Still Water Lakes community! To ensure a smooth arrival, the community asks all guests to complete a short rental registration form. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a link to fill it out online—it’s quick and easy! To avoid a rush fee, please complete the form at least three days before check-in. If the form isn’t submitted 24 hours prior to arrival, the community does require us to cancel the reservation without a refund. We’re here to help if you have any questions—our goal is to make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible! Keep in mind that for bookings made within 3 days, the rush fee will need to be paid after booking.



- Due to township regulations, a maximum of 4 vehicles will be permitted past the gate per reservation.

That means we do not control the hours of operation or availability. The community reserves the right to close or restrict access to these amenities at any time, for any reason, including maintenance, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
