The house is very nice, the decor was perfect for it was called Turtle Bay, back yard was a good size, only thing there were some ant hills. The house and yard are kept up really nice, inside was clean. I would rent the property again.

We were in the area to celebrate our grandson graduating from Marine boot camp. There was a big sign by the door welcoming our new Marine. We really appreciated that. The property was very clean, comfortable, and every amenity was provided. I reached out by email before arriving to ask for restaurant suggestions. The response was quick and so helpful. We ate at several of the suggested places and enjoyed them all. The property was close to the marine base, restaurants, and local attractions. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall clean, definitely smelled of plug ins or room spray which was a little tough for me since I have a fragrance allergy. I do think perhaps pets had stayed right before us or perhaps live here at times, as there was a chewy box that arrived during our stay and I also was experiencing some allergy symptoms I typically get from animals. Overall great location and yard space.

The host was very welcoming. We loved the inviting sign letting everyone know we were visiting to pick up our new Marine!
