As a Guest, you and your party understand and are aware you may encounter potential sounds, smells, critters, insects, deer, dust & cobwebs accustomed to a camp-like experience. You understand that you may be exposed to pollen, plants, trees, sap & other environmental factors accustomed to being in New England nature.

Guest Access:
- You have full, private access to The Classic Lake Cabin.
- You have access to the association beach at Lake Coventry.
- You ARE NOT permitted to use or bring personal jet ski, motorized watercraft or any watercraft (this includes personal kayaks and stand up paddle boards). Motorized watercraft are NEVER ALLOWED on Lake Coventry.

Coventry, CT. is a historic and quaint getaway located in New England.

Getting Around:
Vehicles are necessary for the best experience.

● Guests use the patio, fire pit, horseshoe pit, gas grill watercraft at their own risk.
● As a Guest, you have access to the outdoor fire pit. You will need to provide your own firewood (not included), many nearby convenience stores and gas stations have firewood for purchase.
● You have access to the indoor, electric fire insert. Fireplace insert, heat and crackling noise are remote-control operated.
● Quiet hours start at 10PM (Please be respectful of our Neighbors).
● You ARE NOT permitted to use or bring personal jet ski, motorized watercraft or any watercraft (this includes personal kayaks and stand up paddle boards). Motorized watercraft are NEVER ALLOWED on Lake Coventry.
