Beach home getaway! Sleeps 6 -Stretch out and relax in our quiet beachy town! Modern style Cape Cod remolded ranch is located 2 mins from Neshotah Beach, 8 mins drive to Point Beach State Forest, 60 mins coastal drive to Door county. Private back yard deck, 2.5 car vaulted ceiling garage with party patio. Enjoy the 1 person infrared sauna that gets up to 140° - located in the garage.
An easy walk to the beach or grocery store. Our home is 40 minutes from Lambeau Field, home to the Green Bay Packers. 90 minutes from Milwaukee.

When you walk through the front door you’ll be entering into the living room.
Living room has a 50 inch flat screen smart TV. Big couch, games and books to enjoy!
Straight through will bring you to the dining room - large table- seats 6!
The kitchen leads right out to the party patio or door to the laundry in the basement. The kitchen is small but decked out with stainless appliances, dishes, pots pans, and table-wear etc

The whole home has been newly renovated and now has a fresh modern feel to it.
3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom.

2 bedrooms have 12 inch memory foam queen beds. The master bedroom has a private deck door with built in door shades. These bedrooms share a closet with built in shelving so you can unpack for your stay.

The third bedroom has a day bed that converts into 2 twins. 8 inch memory foam. Also with a private deck door!

The bathroom has a beautifully tiled stand up shower-With rock insets that looks like Lake Michigan stones! This bathroom also has a private deck door entrance making it easy to rejoin the party outside!

Garage- Enjoy the 1 person infrared sauna that gets up to 140° - located in the garage 🔥.🚲🚲 2 bikes, Yard games and exercise equipment are located in the garage. The garage is a brand new addition so is in incredible condition. Not a dirty dusty garage but rather an exercise room with big French doors that open to the party patio! Perfect for packer games, charter trips, wedding parties (Sepia wedding chapel is only a few blocks away), birthday, reunions etc! Request to book now and we will respond ASAP

Cleanliness was great! The house is a little different than the photos online… we were concerned about the deadbolt on the front door (does not work). Other than that it was great for a little weekend trip.

Great location so close to the beach. Love the small town vibe. Fun driving a golf cart around town and down to the beach. Nice house with everything you need. I will definitely be coming back for a getaway weekend!

Our family stayed for five nights. The home itself was clean except for the floors and the location worked great for our trip, but there were several issues that future guests should be aware of.The clothes dryer did not function properly during our entire stay, so we were unable to dry our laundry. The owner acknowledged the problem and explained that it could not be repaired until after we checked out. While I understand that unexpected maintenance issues happen, the dryer was an advertised amenity and was unavailable for the duration of our stay.Another surprise was the trash policy. Guests are required to bag all trash before departure, but for a five-night stay with two adults and two children, only three trash bags were provided. This requirement was not disclosed in the listing before booking, and we felt there should have either been enough bags supplied or guests should have been informed in advance that they would need to purchase additional ones.After our stay, I requested a partial refund to account for the loss of the advertised dryer amenity and the inconvenience. The owner declined, stating that because they were unaware of the dryer problem beforehand, they were not responsible.I believe prospective guests should know about both the maintenance issue and the owner's approach to resolving problems. If having a working washer and dryer is important to your stay, or if you expect some accommodation when advertised
