3 bedroom home with sweeping ocean views throughout! Within walking distance to Goosewing/South Shore Beach and private ocean front on the property. Reserve today to make new family memories here in Little Compton!This beautiful Beach House sits up on the hill overlooking Buzzards Bay and Vineyard Sound. The property is nine acres including a large backyard, a marsh area & pond with a boardwalk leading down to the beachfront. Sit on your own private shore front, or walk minutes down the street to South Shore/Goosewing Beach. Sit with the family on the spacious back porch overlooking the ocean. This 4,000 square foot home has three large bedrooms, three full bathrooms and two half baths. There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout and large windows that allow plenty of natural light in to the entire home. There is also a front deck, allowing you and guests to enjoy both morning and afternoon light. The living room has a gas fireplace and the three season living area overlooking the pond and ocean. Upstairs, you will find the bedrooms and office space. Watch the sunrise over the ocean from two of the bedrooms upstairs, the kitchen and the three season room. There are two stairways by which the second floor can be accessed. The kitchen has been remodeled with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The breakfast table overlooks the ocean and seats 6. The dining room table seats 8. There is a finished walk out basement with a ping pong table, comfy couches and a TV. Rinse off from the beach in the outdoor shower. Sit with the family at night around the fire pit.

The beach house was on an expansive, beautifully kept piece of property, a short walk to a public ocean beach, or, take a secretive path to a private ocean beach, which, unfortunately was very rocky & difficult to walk.

Off Season Beach House

Great property very close to the beach. Very clean and well maintained. Beautiful time of the year to go with minimal crowds and got lucky with great weather. Would return. Thanks!

Remote, relaxing, refreshing, rejuvenating!

My partner and I, along with another couple, were in need of a chill time away from the usual work and everyday commitments. We had found it with this property in LC! Spacious and with lovely views, we were in heaven. Beds were comfortable and the pillows as well! Kristin was very helpful with info regarding groceries and dining. We loved The Boathouse and Four Corners Grille for a completely different vibe- both with great food.

Adam & Kristin, with our four kids, are pleased to be offering a variety of homes for vacation rental in the Tiverton and Little Compton area. We moved to Little Compton in 2002 because we wanted to raise our family in this quiet rural town. It was one of the best decisions of our lives!
In 2009 we bought the farm and about a year later bought the Schoolhouse. It was after the purchase and a complete remodel we learned about vacation rental homes and we thought we'd give it a shot. We immediately fell in love with the idea and not a year later, bought another fixer upper in our town of Little Compton. We were blessed with many wonderful guests and because of that, we were able to purchase the Samuel Church Estate in 2016, and the John Dyer Loft in 2019. In 2020 Kristin was able to obtain her real estate license and now We have now started to manage properties and have other beautiful large homes in Little Compton also available.
