** No additional sleeping arrangements can be provided
*** We cannot accommodate requests to view the property beforehand
**** A refundable "Property fee" of $2000 is charged at the time of booking. The Property fee will be refunded in full, subject to an inspection of the property and following house rules. within 2 days after check-out. If contract violations exceed the amount of the Property fee, the guest must pay the difference.
***** Check-in after 10 p.m. requires special arrangement, subject to availability. All guests staying at the property must register at the front desk with a valid photo ID
****** Guest violating house rules and agreement must vacate the property without refund of the payment and Property fees.
